TruGreen - Melbourne Anmeldelser

I contracted TrueGreen in good faith, based on assurances for a better lawn. I noticed zero improvement as well as the expansion of weeds and invasive grasses after two months. My "technician" advised me that TrueGreen had no treatment for the invasive grass. He advised me to "use Roundup and then place sod". Next month, I called and asked for a service manager to take a look. I was scolded by the CSR and told I needed to follow "protocol". I asked what that was and he said..."A tech needs to evaluate if there is a problem and if so, will contact a supervisor". Next "technician" told me that the lawn was over-watered (Sprinklers ran twice a week). I showed him the weeds...he hand-sprayed those. Two months later, lawn looks even worse. Invasive grass now covering 40% and weeds still coming up around walkways. The only new grass was now turning brown and dying. Completely different "technician" advised...."That's brown root rot" WTF?? I asked him if he could treat it. He shook his head and said "Too much water". These folks have no idea what they are talking about. They are SO overwhelmed by complaints that they develop policy to ignore and hope the client doesn't cancel. I just did. It took about 20 minutes of begging to finally get them to cancel. Same old promises of attention. Nope.

Not speaking as a customer, from experience through a family member, this is one of the most worst places to work for. Employees are treated like trash, total disrespect and management creates an uncomfortable environment to be. New unfair and to be honest, unconstitutional rules have been created against the employees that go as far as not allowing anyone to even use the bathroom no matter if an employee has health issues or pregnant. The Melbourne Florida location needs to remove all these people in charge with more qualified managers.
