I had a really helpful guidance to set up a domain for my business.

Nickson was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He helped me resolve some SSL and web hosting issues that I had been struggling with and was patient throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was that he didn't just fix the problem, he also shared easy-to-follow video tutorials and PDF guides so I could understand what was being done and refer back to them in the future.

Best Customer Experience

Hopefully it won't change back but now atleast calls on support don't take forever. They are prompt, and most of all helpful for developers like me. Again hopefully things keep this way or improve.

Was able to resolve my errors without any challenges

This company is not operational. They have delegated all support to AI and things like domanin management updates such as nameservers takes a whole week to be done. As a client you really have no control of your domain. If you are a serious company do not buy domains or host your domains with this company. You will get frustrated. This is a serious review from someone with over 30 domains with this company.

We are in a serious mess.

This company has steadily declined in the quality of its service. Recently, customer support has become extremely disappointing. Their servers experience frequent issues, leading to repeated downtime and reliability concerns.

The most frustrating aspect is their chatbot, which is often unresponsive. In some cases, it can take up to 24 hours to receive a reply, making it ineffective for urgent support. Reaching a human support agent has also become increasingly difficult, leaving customers with little confidence in getting timely assistance.

Based on my recent experience, I'm no longer confident in the company's direction or its ability to provide reliable hosting services. Unless significant improvements are made, I don't see a promising future with Truehost.

I've been using Truehost for quite a number of years now and I've been very happy with their support. My queries have always been answered in a timely manner. Highly recommend them.

Worst customer service ever. Worst technical support in history. Worst products. I purchased a domain and till now it has never worked. Errors everywhere, I tried to contact customer service, they took me up and down without rectification. They even took long to reply. I have bought 2 domains from them and both had issues. Don't waste your money on them. Just look for another hosting providers if you want real help from the customer service and good products.
