True Harness only cares about the money. That is why there iis only a 60day money back guarantee. They gave us a "store credit" because we were outside the return/refund window. They will not refund a "store credit" after I emailed them to let them know both our dogs were tragically killed after they escaped our fence. They refund is under $12

Just bought a large and extra large harness for our two dogs .Our 110 pound dog pulled right out of his harness as the Velcro gave away. Our large dog discovered she could back out of the harness, and if she pulls hard enough it to would give away. Plus the plus the extra large harness barely fit around our dogs chest. The velcro around the front chest strap also is full of fur

These people do not honor their warranty. My GSD kept pulling the clip open. I was within my 60 days and asked for a refund. They said they only gave the refund after 7 days if the harness wasn't used! They are liars! Don't believe the hype.

My dog was able to squirm his way out when he pulled during one of our walks. I wasted $50 on this and had a big scare. Would NOT recommend this to anyone.

I have 3 dogs now...and I would not use any other Harness on my dogs...They are easy to put on and take off...the dogs are safe as they are extreamly well made...many dogs react to wearing a harness and will not hold still to get it on...you only have to ajust it once then it slips on and has only one clip...it hooks up at the back so it is quick and easy to clip them into there car seat

Received the harness after a long wait, really long wait! My golden retriever pulled even worse! Asked for a refund, which was promised before 60 days. "Katie" replied that due to COVID the return warehouse is closed, so offered a 60% refund and that I could keep the product. I'm pretty sure that's the last time I hear from Miss Katie.

I and Paco love the harness. It saves draging him by his neck. If you love your dog big or little like Paco you dont want to see him drug around by his neck. PACO doesnt like it either. Having his name on the sides stops all the people from asking his name. If he is allowed to be own.
My my telephone number is right there by his name. Best money.i ever spent and i heard Paco say it was the best.

Don't let other company's compare their product to Tru harness. No comparison. The quality of Tru harness is truly the best. This harness is so easy to use and works perfectly. I never have to worry about my puppies wiggling and coming out of them. They are very secure.

Hello,true harness saved my dog Rosie's life.
If she had not been wareing the harness her wounds would have been worse. You see Rosie was attacked by a pit bull and it latched onto her true harness,although she did get 4 flesh wounds it would have been much worse if she had not been wearing the harness .In my eyes True harness saved my dogs life. What a wonderful product True harness is. I would recommend this harness to anyone who loves and cherish their dog.

I love this harness. My Lila is tiny. The small size fits very well. There is a loop on the back so I can pick her up quickly if a big dog comes along that might be a threat. This is the best harness I have found and tried many.

Please do not purchase from this company!! I was also lured by advertisements on social media. They promote completely false claims, such as "100% guarantee" and "American" company. I purchased the product and the buckle was rubbing against my dog's armpit. I explained this to the customer service representative, "Katie." First, I was offered discounts. Why would I keep something at a discount if I would never use it? Second, she responds to tell me that their warehouse was "not taking back any returns due to the pandemic." So you can produce and ship products, but cannot receive returns? The pandemic has been going on for over 2 years now! I would hope that they would have come up with some kind of process to receive returns in a safe manner? After 18 email exchanges in 9 days of communication, "Katie" was finally agreeable to provide me with a return address. I was only refunded a portion of the original cost, which is way better than keeping a harness at 60% off that could not be used. Also, this is not an American company nor is this product "Made in the USA." It is unfortunate that company like these exist to prey on people who just love and care for their dogs. Please be forwarned and look them up in BBB before you decide to purchase. Very similar complaints there too.

It took me three email replies from "Katie" to realize I was dealing with a Chinese factory. When you receive a tracking id and use it, the status shows that the product is waiting to be picked up. But somehow they are allowed to charge my credit card because, of course, my bank doesn't check for the truth. Repeated emails all resulted in "Katie" telling me the shipping status is incorrect and the product has shipped but after a while, it becomes clear the product may or may not be traveling to the next shipping location but you may never know until you decide to simply declare the product undeliverable and start the process of recovering your money. There is zero transparency with these factories and their credibility is zero as well.No One Should Work This Hard for a simple purchase!

Everything was great. I appreciate everything that was done for me with a hiccup we had . Turns out it was my fault.Thanks to TrueHarness as soon as my dogs see them they know that they are going somewhere. Thank you TrueHarness!!

Harness is great when you get it after a month or more. Everything is shipped from China and takes forever to get to you. Definitely don’t buy the anti barking device as it doesn’t work at all. I never write reviews but I have to let people know to buy another product from another company. Sorry Trueharness the people have to know.

This company is deceptive and a rip-off. I paid over $40 for an xs personalized harness for my dog that looks nothing like the advertisement. It is cheap, stiff, shoddy and after 4 days of wear, the harness rubbed all the fur off his chest and it is raw. I consider that an injury! I have contacted the company by email. There is no phone number on their information sparse website. I have sent them photos of the injury their harness did to my dog.
The website states « Proudly American” but the packaging clearly states Made in China
This is evidently a devious, irresponsible company that advertises and sells its product on Facebook! Why dorsn’t Facebook check out these companies before allowing them to sell on their site?

They have terrible customer service. If you request a return for a refund they just ignore you.

I ordered a harness in November. Too big. Told I had to pay $10.00 to ship a new one, but to keep the original one. This seemed strange, but i paid shipping for new one since I needed a smaller one. Gave bigger one to dog shelter. Waiting since beginning of January for new harness. "Katie" keeps saying it will arrive but there is no tracking available since January 7th. TERRIBLE customer service.

Do not purchase from this company! I wish I had a product to review but almost 30 days later and nothing has arrived. I ordered it on December 9th and to date I haven’t received it. I contacted their customer service on December 30th, they provided their sincere apologies and stated that the product was already dispatched and I could receive it in a few days. I immediately replied and advised the shipping confirmation that was sent states that a label was created but no product has been dropped off to the shipping company. Their zen desk again immediately replied and apologized and stated that the tracking site was incorrect and my product was on its way. Now an additional 6 days later and still no harness and no change in the shipping status based on the tracking number.

Purchased harness for.my dog. Didn't fit properly and i didn't like velcro fastening across the front. Requested refund. They offered me 40% refund and i could keep it. I want to return it and get my entire refund. They said they would send an address, which they havent done. I would pay for return postage and they would charge 4.99 for return. Buy from amazon and not deal with this hassle.
