Great knowledge, friendly and had everything ordered and installed in under a week. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Great professional service from the outset, to the expertise when fitting of the cover.

I was informed of all that would be needed to install my new roller shutter on my pickup and it was delivered on time as I was told

Ordered canopy in May 2022, told it would be delivered by October. No updates to say anything had changed. When item didn't arrive but we were invoiced I emailed to see what the estimated delivery was. I was told they were really busy and the canopy wouldn't be built until January 2023! Canopy finally delivered last week in January 2023. Very little in the way of any apology. Absolutely no communication, all down to me to chase.

Sales and reception were top notch. The work carried out was professional and efficient this time. I had my concerns as my last visit whilst professional the finish was very poor and not what I had expected from this company

Work was done as promised and in time as always. Always a pleasure to visit and spend time looking at other goodies I can add to the Vehicle

I bought a tailgate damper from Truckman for my Nissan Navarra in August 21 and this has now failed ( the end snapped off ) despite fairly light use I.e I only use it for leisure at weekends etc. I contacted Truckman who state the warranty is only for one year and are not interested in doing anything about it. This is an expensive piston at about £98 and is not worth the money so do not buy one or expect any assistance either.

Following on from my previous review still have not admitted responsibility for fitted incorrect door and also refund absolute shocking professionalism and basically thieves taken profit from an incorrect door aswell as fitting to then have the central locking stop working and be sent a youtube video how to fix it and then a technician who was actually good and said that it is a problem with a wiring loom theh had worked on.
Response from Truckman as a gesture of good will we will come fix it well thanks ! shocking installation and parts from this company have started legal proceedings due to the poor quality workmanship and fitting of product purchase now, also they seem to not have a complaints procedure in place wonder why after asking several times they still ignore.
AVOID this company so many better canopy's and professional staff at other canopy stockists and installers which I have now found out wish had looked more into this !!! Dont make my mistake.

Terrible Product, 1st and 2nd time.
After previously owning a Snugtop and it lasting for 3 vehicles with no issues, 4 years ago I sadly jumped ship and purchased a new Truckman GLS for my nearly new NP300, with the fact the colour match was very poor, the window seals split and rear lockable handle failed within 12 months, Truckman Customer services refused to sort their issues, stating it was my fault for their cheap materials, unfortunately earlier this year I purchased a brand new NP300 which was a cancelled order, part of the package was a Truckman GLS model, I requested that it was removed from the vehicle package or upgraded to Snugtop at my extra expense, this was declined by the dealership which meant I had to regrettably have it, upon collecting the vehicle, I was told that the Truckman could not be installed as it was damaged and that I would need to wait for another one to be supplied, again no option of refund or upgrade allowed, replacement Truckman installed back in March, and low and behold, within 7 months the rear glass decided to smash, the vehicle had been parked for 10 days due to holidays, Nissan dealer nor Truckman we’re interested in the common failure, stating as they do, it was damaged previously, but only just failed like it does. Now left with a £605 replacement bill for something I never wanted, I knew it would be poor quality and wasn’t proven wrong.

Bought almost 500£ worth accessories from them, the wheel aches look good but cheap plastic. That’s ok, but after a week they stated to come off the body. I wrote to them, they replied asking the pics. Sent them in detail. No response. Wrote them again and again but no reply.

Hilux and Truckman Classic High roof - great combination for in effect a mobile kennel. Went to the factory to get painted, fitted and Spinner added, whilst we waited we were offered coffee as we liked, were kept informed, brought the dog in as it was hot. The staff couldnt have been more helpful. Drove off after some hrs. Needed a different backdoor sorted out after a few months, it was sorted, by keeping me informed, it arrived when it said it would, i fitted it as that was easiest solution to being 5 hrs north of Truckman factory, it was easy, even for me as the staff said it would be.
Impressive after service - i don t say this lightly, Well Done Truckman, I'll be back when next pickup rotation is needed, and happily recommend the product and staff - they care and they deliver.

Very good experience, my accessory is on order so not had delivery yet. The chat line was very helpful and made me aware of the delivery timescales.

Amazing customer service the staff went out of there way to help me on a weekend and let me collect my order even helped me load it when I collected it couldn’t fault them and would highly recommend and use again!!

The quality of the tonneau cover I bought was excellent. The customer service was first class. Many companies do a basic minimum and no more. What I experienced not only resolved my issue around fitting instructions but also restored my faith in Truckman.

Ordered a couple of items from my pickup, arrived really quickly and items are great condition! Even got a free pen, delighted

On initial quotation the timescales for the works involved was 1 No. full day. This resulted in 2 No. full days. In addition to this inconvenience I am still not happy with the installation of reversing sensors, they do not work correctly, leaving me with no confidence of relying on them. Truckman had obvious issues whilst installing the sensors, I asked what the problem was to determine if I'm now experiencing the same issue and was assured customer service would be in touch...I am now 3 weeks down the line & heard nothing. Shocking customer service to say the least, although very efficient on taking payment.

Bought a Toyota Hilux and went for a truckman top bit dubious but when I got it back from the fitters wow, what a brilliant piece of kit, the external finish was brill, the inside finish was better than some cars. Well done Truckman great product.
