Besvarelse fra Tru-lens
Hi Helen! Thank you for sharing your review with us. We are sorry to hear of the delay. Unfortunately, due to implemented safety measures and social distancing, it is taking longer than usual for Canada Post to process parcels and due to a high volume of parcels, delays are to be expected at this time. However, we are happy to see that the tracking page for your order has been updating and the last scan stated it has reached the destination province. A customer support agent will get back to your email inquiry. Thank you.
Service rapide très satisfaite

My experiences have all been very good
My experiences have all been very good. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because I’m supposed to have an ongoing work perk through Venngo, however the site only allowed me to use it once. Maybe a perk not explained well so not sure who is responsible for that, but as far as service, product and communication I am very happy with Tru Lens
