I went to Trotters as a walk-in a few weeks ago. I had been looking online for the watch I wanted and even though I had found a few at a good price, I wanted the proper experience of buying a luxury watch and I wanted to be sure it was 100% genuine and in mint condition.
Straight away the person helping me (sorry I forgot your name!) was really welcoming and helpful.
They had the exact watch I was and he was even able to get it with the jubilee bracelet I wanted.
The experience was really nice, it was the exact watch, mint and the price was good too so I got it there and then.
When I am ready for the next one, I will see you again.

Ive now dealt with Trotters on a number of occasions and always been treated with upmost courtesy and respect.i last dealt with Louis who put me in the right
direction as i was not sure of what i really wanted he gave me a few options and we got there, im very very happy with my purchase and grateful. Keep up the great work fellas .i highly recommend that if its a dream watch your after look NO further.

Just bought a 2025 Submariner from Trotters. Saw the watch on line last Sunday 28th June and put down a £500 deposit. I then contacted the store the following day (Monday) and spoke to Louie who guided me through the next stages of my purchase. He sent bank details on WhatsApp, I transferred the funds, received confirmation that the watch had been shipped, and today (Tuesday) at 10am I received the watch which was exactly as described, and is on my wrist as I type this review! The entire process was a seamless, professional, and stress free experience. Thanks Louie and the rest of the team at Trotters, I will definitely be back in the future.

10/10!
I purchased a Rolex lady datejust online and the experience was very good. The watch was dispatched next day and delivery was secure and quick. Spoke on WhatsApp with one of the team and they adjusted the measurement of the strap for me!
I had to go in store as the watch was a bit tight and they were all very welcoming and polite! A really wonderful experience.

Couldn’t be easier to deal with, the watch I bought is mint and very easy to contact via whattsapp always replied within 10 mins. Defo be buying again from them. Item was delivered next day in mint condition as shown on images. Mint genuine timepeace that was tracked to my home and send the tracker back easy. Highly highly recommend and about to buy another for the wife

Amazing experience with these guys - made me feel welcome from the get go. On WhatsApp and in-store. Alex, Callum and Louie were all top notch and have given me the proper aftercare I needed. Will deffo be back, and they didn't even ask for a review 🙌🏼

Couldn't recommend Trotters enough, they are so welcoming and helpful. I was greeted by Darleen and helped me through the whole process, from choosing the perfect item to answering my many question I had over messenger. She was super patient with me and I can't thank her enough.
