I bought this thinking it would be great I cant even get Tronxy support to even answer me you spend 3k on a printer and should get support . Should we all do a lawsuit against them for this?

I bought a Tronxy xy2 pro
I bought a Tronxy xy2 pro, the power supply is going bad and making lots of noise. Tronxy will not warranty because I didn't buy from their website. It was 3 months old when the issue started, I gave up on the machine for a couple of months to move to another state and have resumed my endeavors to get help...no help from Tronxy

Worst customer service and low quality products
After buying an hotbed sticker it melt on literally the first print, ruining my print and making me lose a lot of time while scraping the remainings from the hotbed.
But the worst part is the customer service.
I wrote a mail to them and all they did was saying the fault was mine and i was using wrong settings. I still use the same settings and had no issues at all with the printer, the hotbed, other stickers etc. and they are still saying they can't do a thing

Returns Not Accepted - Buyer Beware
Tronxy X5SA 500 Pro Multifunctional CoreXY 3D Printer Kit was junk out of the box. Tronxy's response is that they do not accept returns, but do offer lifetime after-sale service. Two of our engineers with vast 3D printer experience have wasted hours of time trying to trace the issues. First obvious issue was a bad switch, which Tronxy is replacing, but in the meantime, we found a bad board as well. We want to return it - it's already disassembled and back in the box - but Tronxy says no.

Tronxy's multi coloured filament
I sit and watch the different colours being printed and I am really impressed at the pigment stability,no fading or blotches just a really nice layering of filament.
From a boring object to an exciting one, the filament spool that gets better and better towards the middle, I am pleased with the results from this spool of multi coloured filament it brightens up the drab and let's you see different colour combinations.
I always measure my filament to see if it falls within tolerance, +/-.005mm and
Tronxy's multi coloured filament does fall within these specs, and also brings a refreshing colour variance to the project.
Would I recommend, Yes, for the fun 3d print projects.
