Awful company. No Holiday, No Refund even though the Airline Cancelled the flights and no notification....out of pocket

To be honest initial service was good. However, I realized soon that the holiday package offered was similar to the one easy jet was offering to Iceland. However, more disappointing was when it came to refunding a part of the holiday they took almost 2 months saying that their finance department is closed for holiday season. After persisting emails and phone calls I was finally refunded the money .
Other thing very strange is that people speaking on the phone are Indian people who are putting on an English accent and fake names. I don't know why they are faking it and what they are ashamed of. Just very dubious.

Booked a package holiday with Trivoyage to Prague for 3 nights on 31st December 2021 for New Year. Arrived at the airport on the 31st December after a 100 mile trip to check in where we were told our flight had been cancelled... yet we had no correspondence from either Trivoyage or Eurowings to notify us of the cancellation. I called Trivoyage that afternoon and was told i would be called back, once it had been looked into. Well that was over 14 days ago and i have called every day since and been told i will definitely get a call back... I have asked for a full refund as they sold me a package holiday and was unable to attend due to cancelled flight.. customer service is shocking and they constantly talk over you so you cannot get a word in edgeways and get your point across. I am so very disappointed in the service, non fulfilment of a holiday and pure lack of respect and remorse that our holiday was cancelled. DO NOT and i REPEAT DO NOT use this company unless you wish to be ripped off, fobbed off and ignored!! Disgusted doesn't even come close and i am now £850 down for a holiday i didn't even get to go on!!

We had an exciting trip to Switzerland. Our agent Trevor at Trivoyage Travel was great and helped us in booking holiday for my family. We felt confident in having Trevor for our first trip after the lockdown in 2020. It was indeed a great time!

The ticket was quite costly for a trip to Dublin from London. Then On arrival my hand luggage was damaged. Not good.

Hi, I booked a ticket with some other agent website. The very next day I need to travel. During online check-in, instead of airline reference number, I accidentally gave agent booking reference. I could not do the check-in. I was panic and desperate to do the process, I searched for online help....I called Trivoyage, They told my ticket is confirmed but there is some problem. If I pay £125 extra they will sort it. They pressurized me saying I may need to pay at the airport or even i may not able to travel if i delay the payment. I paid instantly. They took a authorization email from me to take money from my account. They also managed to sent my flight schedule as a screen shot. The funny thing is they gave me airline reference number which is already in my first ticket, which i missed to notice. They showed brilliance to pass that airline reference number via phone only. THEY TOLD THEY WILL REISSUE THE TICKET, BUT NOT. No new reference number also. Everything is old, I just lost £125. They just told the airline reference number via phone. Cheating poor customers. I will write to Etihad regarding this. Will chase them all the way I can. Beware of air ticket cheaters. Thank you.

She has been very helpful, professional and provided all the useful information. Everything was easy, simple and straight forward. I received all travel documents etc. on time.
