Deceiving customer service
I’ve been a loyal customer of Tristan for years, but my recent experiences have been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Their customer service is non-existent—they simply don’t reply to emails, no matter how many times you reach out. It’s as if they don’t care about their customers at all.
On top of that, their order quality and handling have become shockingly bad. My most recent order arrived late, and when it finally did, the packaging was an absolute disaster. The blazer I received wasn’t wrapped, folded, or protected in any way—it was just thrown into the box and even arrived dirty! For a brand that claims to be premium, this is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, this isn’t an isolated incident. I’ve had another issue with an in-store purchase where an error in pricing couldn’t be adjusted, and again, no one from customer service followed up or addressed my concerns.
It’s clear that whoever is responsible for their customer service should rethink their approach because they are failing at every level. Tristan used to be a reliable brand, but now they’re just losing their loyal customers with this lack of professionalism and care.
If you’re considering shopping at Tristan, I strongly recommend you think twice. The risk of late orders, poor packaging, and zero customer support isn’t worth it.
