Excellent business with great products, quality service and feedback when questions raised.
Have made several orders over a couple of years and never had an issue, Phil has been amazing in helping me complete my collection and perfectly reasonable with pricing.
Being in Australia Phil has ensured that anything he has sent has been well packaged and tracking provided.

I ordered over 2 months ago and still…
I ordered over 2 months ago and still hasn't arrived. Triple Crown Model Store doesn't write back and leaving us with no choice but to wait. No asking for refunds and not even reading what we tell them! It just shows a tracking website that the status doesn't change! Still haven't received it yet. WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND TRIPLE CROWN MODEL STORE

2 weeks after the order...left without anything
2 weeks after the order, still waiting for the delivery. I have been sent a link which leads to a dead end with the sipping company (unknown parcel number)
And when making requests by email, I am being told that this is not the company problem, it's been delivered to the shipment company....so furious, I can just recommend not to buy anything from this company

Buyer Was regularly refunded.
Good, but could be better
In summary the transaction failed and the website told me the car was out of stock.
3 weeks later they shipped the car with no communication or notice. I told them I no longer needed it, and they refused to arrange collection or return of the car. I shipped the car back to them and they agreed to issue a full refund.
As soon as they received the model car they stopped responding to emails and they still haven't processed the refund 2 weeks later, even after receiving the car back.
27/02/24 - UPDATE:
In the end the seller organised a partial refund of £68 out of £90, via PayPal given the delays through the bank -> I can see that the owner and business is very passionate about the models they sell, and some of what happened was through a technical issue with their website - so not directly anyone's fault.
I wish it could have been resolved quicker, but at least they've done the right thing now.
If you are buying, just be aware that sometimes there can be delays and if you need to return the item it might not be too straightforward - but if you're ok with this then I can honestly say that Triple Crown are decent to deal with.

Unfortunately inadequate...
It appears that the online shop lists more products than they have in stock. Despite reaching out about a delayed order, messages went unanswered for days. A refund was quietly processed without any communication from the shop provider.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Says that the model is available and it’s not then says it is being dispatched for over a week and it’s not. Then tells me it’s being dispatched that day with tracking and again it’s not. Had to get a refund. Will never use again.
