Trip carnival tourism have Vibrant atmosphere and non-stop entertainment. Perfect for thrill-seekers and families alike . All driver have Great way to experience local culture and traditions. The costumes and performances were spectacular. 💯
I would rate them 4 out of 10 . Quite unprofessional organization. I visited desert safari today and the place they organised dinner was more than pathetic.
They can't differentiate customers ,for this them money is everything and they dont care about customer satisfaction or customer Delight .
To save money they can go at any level .

Hello Harmeet Soha,
Thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. We always aim to provide the best service and never want to make anyone's experience less than ideal. While we arranged the desert safari vehicle, ensuring that the quality of the ride and dune bashing met your expectations, we understand that the dinner venue didn't meet your standards.
Our dune bashing experience is designed to be thrilling and memorable, with skilled drivers who are trained to navigate the desert terrain safely while delivering an exhilarating ride. We take pride in this part of our service, and it's unfortunate that the dinner aspect fell short of your expectations.
In this case, the dinner location was suggested by your agent. They recommend desert camps based on the budget and preferences provided to them. There are indeed more premium camps that offer a higher level of service and amenities for a more enjoyable experience. I suggest discussing with your agent about the different options available to ensure you get the experience you're looking for.
Again, I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your feedback. We hope you consider giving us another opportunity in the future, and we'll work to ensure a better overall experience for you.
Thank you,
TripCarnival Tourism
