Great service and advice on carpets by Chris, needed a carpet to take away a carpet quick wasn't enough of one so they sorted me out a deal on another one and it was cut promptly and loaded into my car ! Thanks !

I have used Trio and Glory hole as it was years back for some decades, both to purchased furniture and carpets.

Not really had any problems with furniture back then, however feedback, customer service and the general decor etc of the interior leaves a lot to be desired.

Visited there a few times over the last few months, came away the last twice without actually talking to anyone, today being the latest.

Load of guys loading and unloading items of carpets and furniture inside. No sales staff around that I noticed. There used to be a regular lady working there along with a mature guy, they could not do enough for you, now no one unless you walk miles via a maze of stock towards the office where again they look as if your not supposed to be there.

My wife who is disabled and I, parked in the alotted space for disabled parking. We entered the rear entrance and our way was partly blocked inside by a double mattress stood near a door way, so no walker or wheelchair could get in. Not user friendly.

Loads of trip hazards on the way round, holes in the ceiling etc, damp patches on the floor near the rolls of carpets. I would half bet that some stock gets contaminated by this, my sense of smell is not good but again, it makes one wonder.

After an age, with no one coming to see us, we walked out of the warehouse, not store.

In short, its a H & S issue I feel, the CS leaves a lot to be desired and we will not be visiting again.

We went 5 minutes up the road and were in and out of a store within 10 minutes having chose our carpet, arranged delivery and paid etc. Nice clean and friendly atmosphere. Thanks.

We have shopped with Trio on and off for over 30 years and it is always a joy. Good quality products at reasonable prices with excellent customer service. Nothing is ever too much bother. Delivery is trouble free, even when to distant venues, and the drivers like the shop staff are courteous and helpful.

My family have been getting their mattresses from Trio for years and years. I moved out of Telford and want to purchase a mattress for my first house; it was no issue to have it to delivered to me even though I had moved further away.
Fast forward a few years later and my partner and I want to put our double in the spare room and get a super king for us. We have tried all the local bed shops where we live in South Wales and simply nothing compares to Trio - their prices are absolutely amazing and they aren’t pushy at all.
Paul was lovely sorting our order over the phone - we knew we wanted exactly the same as what we had before. That’s now our second Sealy mattress from them and I wouldn’t even bother looking at Dreams, Bensons etc; they stick a huge profit on, whilst Trio can’t be beaten on price and will do the best they can for you! So nice to find somewhere you can trust. Thank you guys.

Went into Trio furnishings today to look for a carpet. What a fantastic place! Staff were friendly and super helpful and they had lots to choose from. Prices were really good and we have booked in our carpet and fit for 2 weeks time :) Will definitely be back to look at a new sofa and bed. If you’ve never been definitely worth a visit!

We went to trios today as a family was well looked after from the start, from the minute we enter the store Richard was more than helpful answered all our questions even though being new to sales, credit to the team, would definitely recommend to friends family and work colleagues,

Went to buy a recliner chair with my Dad. Excellent service from Richard and Sarah, they were so helpful. Great delivery and my Dad loves his new chair. Thank you so much.

Went to look at a corner sofa there today , the staff Sarah, Martin and Paul were fantastic, not pushy at all, let us take our time round the store. Really lovely staff and as a bonus knocked off £100 too, would highly recommend them

Today was my 2nd visit to Trio in a week, last time a small purchase, this time a mattress, staff members were attentive and very helpful.
Josh took my order whilst showing a new staff member how to process my order, Both were a pleasure to deal with.

Went here to price up some Lino and spotted a gorgeous mirrored cabinet, was reduced from 499 to 99 as it was cracked on the one side, I took a picture and continued to the limo section, a few moments later a very polite gent asked if I would like the cabinet to which I was a little bemused, he explained he’s spoken with his manager and if I wanted it I could take it Free of charge as it would end up on the skip, what a very generous and kind offer, cabinet collected and in place
Thankyou so much will definitely be spending some cash here in the future

Had a carpet fitted this morning. Very quick and efficient followed by good customer service! Would definitely recommend

(Also in store 2 weeks ago when I ordered my carpet they were super helpful and polite)
