Such a powerful program, I needed to transcribe a podcast for a Barrister with specific mentions relating to a case and it was so accurate for the bulk of the transcription and then easy for me to edit and add notes and time code references. I will also use in my film and tv work for transcribing documentary audio, it’s so worth it! Really amazing, I would recommend to anyone working or studying law, podcasting, film and tv, radio and beyond!

I switched to Trint from Otter.ai and didn't regret it. I loved the thematic analysis coding feature. The transcription accuracy is very in line with other best products on the market, solid with the occasional edit needed. There is no perfect transcription service. But the customer service is unreal. I couldn't have been happier with it. Other companies need to watch how they do it. No bots, you chat with a live person, who is extremely well-trained and thorough. Thank you, Olga!

I do a lot of video interviews, for commercial and documentary work. I find Trint to be the perfect transcription tool. I upload the audio of any video that I've synced. Then I have a timecoded reference for finding and editing the story together. And the tool itself is intuitive and simple to navigate.

I had to change my email account and the lovely lady helped me to transfer smoothly all my recent files so I didn't lose my work. The support team is very professional and efficient.

Spart Zeit ohne Ende, wusste gar nicht dass Spracherkennung so weit gediehen ist. Selbst bei nicht immer leicht verständlichen Gesprächspartnern fast fehlerlose Wiedergabe durch trint. Timecode Übernahme ist natürlich auch ein Riesenvorteil.

Trint is a very helpful and efficient tool to transcribe long interviews in many different languages. It is also very easy to use.

Trint was the perfect tool for transcribing some interviews I did for my bachelor studies. Should I do something similar in the future again, then I will come back to trint and probably will use this great tool again.

Ich habe Trint für das Transkribieren meiner Expertinneninterviews benutzt. Natürlich muss man nochmal drüber gehen, da nicht alle Wörter korrekt erkannt wurden (insbesondere österreichisches Deutsch ;-)), dennoch habe ich mir sehr viel Zeit erspart. Außerdem war das Arbeiten mit dem Tool selbst sehr angenehm, weil es viele gute Features bietet, die das Arbeiten erleichtern. Z.B helfen einem die Stories dabei, Kategorien zu bilden, dank timecode und direktem Link zum original Dokument verliert man nie den Überblick.
Außerdem ist der Customer Support wirklich top und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis sehr fair.

We use Trint for storytelling through podcasts. The Story function in particular really aids the creative process. It provides a playground to arrange and re-arrange audio clips and written dialogue, and an easy way to share it with talent and shareholders during the development and editing cycles. Very useful and efficient tool, the customer service is very efficient (when I accidentally deleted some important files they were able to get it back within an hour). If your primate audio record is clear, this software is a life saver

I had a free trial and wasn't sent an email reminding me that my subscription was due to expire. £480 was then taken from my account without notice. You cannot offer free trials and not remind customers when they are due to expire - it's wrong. I have yet to receive a reply from Trint but I expect to receive a refund.

Absolutely awful customer service. It took a week to get a simple answer from their team. Definitely look elsewhere if you rely on this app for work.
