An official scamming company! A student of mine recently used, and this so called "grammar correction tool" worked perfectly as a "grammar incorrection tool"! It helped me make correct text incorrect!

Very good costumer service. It would be 5 stars but I wish the software had a larger database, since it didn't recognizes 1/3 of the quotations.

In addition to paying the monthly fee, you still have to use credits and pay for them, which means that simply purchasing the monthly fee is useless.

Trinka is a very helpful writing assistant! I fully recommend it!

Trinka made correct suggestions showing revised text for improvement in grammar .Another good feature is manuscript recommendations where it shows many related references with correct and relevant titles.

The software is terrible. The quality of operation is lousy and the technical service is non-existent. USD 80 wasted.

This may work for simple texts but not for advanced professional writing or literary criticism. In a 24-page essay, Trinka misidentified over 100 mistakes, of which only 3 were actual typos; the rest were correct English grammar usage. The stylistic suggestions in 'Power Mode' were of low quality, partly because Trinka did not follow the essay's argument and misidentified the subjects and predicates.

The Word add-in is very slow to scan the document and suggest corrections. The recommendations are often nonsensical. Trying to scroll through a document that has been scanned hogs up PC resources, as it tries to redraw the red underlines on words that need to be corrected. Then I got an error that I exceeded the # of words or credits alloted to me. Waste of $20 since I only wanted to try it for a month and not subscribe for a year. Cancelled the service 2 days later.

The Microsoft Word plugin is a little bit slow.
If I want to work with a document with more than 10 pages, it take quite a lot to load and process all the document. And, if I want to check just the page I am seeing at the moment, it takes the whole time to process everything. Not recommended at all for long documents.
Also, I would add a 'ignore' suggestion button as well.

To improve i whent to comment about the Grammerlly part some words it says its passive voice but it didnt give you the exact answer what will be , that needs to improve it.

I love it because its easy use and accuracy improving the text of my draft manuscripts. Moreover the Trinka team offer a wonderful helping line that offer fast support solving any doubt or problem

Deceitful practices and substandard product.
I would honestly recommend using other products like Grammarly and Quilbot. The app is inconsistent and slow, and the customer support is not helpful when it comes to resolving issues.

Product works well to download and install, but that's pretty much it. I installed it as a plugin to MS Word, used it to improve language and grammar in my Dissertation Proposal. Trinka heated up my machine, I dont know why, but I assume due to continous querries into a sort of a data/knowledge base it consumed lots of my local memory, CPU power, laptop started heating up and slowing down and MS Word barely worked after 10 minutes of Trinka.ai Play button was on. Finally, it all stops and you need to stop Trinka. I tried it for 2 days, always same symptoms. I de-installed Trinka.ai plugin then and all was fine. Another warning, this company Trinka.ai will charge you a yearly subscription fee, which is not very economical if you end up with a 2 days usage experience like myself. They "do not do refunds" they say. I would say bad business policy, and a dark pattern champion: Trinka.ai. So, I advise: caution!
