I received clear guidelines and instruction of how to claim for accidental damage to a TV in my home. I completed the relevant information form . After submitting the form, I was advised of the next step. Evidence of purchase and damage which I was able to forward to them. This was assessed and a financial offer made , accepted and paid into our account. I would recommend Trinity Claims thank you.

Paid out but painfully slow
While I was pleased they chose to pay out my claim, it's been incredibly slow.
Myself and several neighbours have subsidence issues and they're insurers are months ahead in dealing with the issues.
None of the contractors they sent had a good word to say about the way they do business, complaining about their slowness abd clunkiness of using the online portal for everything.
When this is complete, ill be changing insurer. My partner also found she was using them and has already decided to move given the ground movement was highlighted 6 months ago and I've yet to even get to the point of vegetation removal.
I needn't have worried
Your service was prompt, I was treated with respect from the first phone call. I was very concerned, because the security of my home was compromised, so, I had to take action immediately before I even contacted the insurance company. I was worried that this might make things difficult. We had no power that first night, which made my terminal health condition worse to control. I needn't have worried. Once the initial call was made, the service was painless, only affected by the Easter weekend, when the tradesmen were hard to find.

Building Insurance subsidence claim
If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with. Been waiting for an investigation following a subsidence claim since the beginning of November and still waiting. Meanwhile the damage is getting worse. Don't respond to messages sent through the portal and if you try to phone them, hanging on the phone for ages, in some cases 45 mins to an hour. Made an already very stressful situation far, far worse.
