100% SCAM!!! STAY CLEAR!!! DO NOT ORDER

Ordered Tirzepatide for my wife. They said they delivered it and actually provided proof of delivery via a photo from the Royal Mail courier.
At closer inspection, my parcel wasn't even in the photo.
Since this liability has been accepted by Royal Mail as they delivered my parcel to a totally different address.
Supposedly, Royal Mail have said they have been back to collect this parcel from the wrong address with no success.
So Trimfast and Royal Mail are liable here.
Myself and my wife have sent numerous emails but still no refund and it was over £200!!
Since this, ive been promised a refund.
So, i thought this was good, its been a mistake, people have held their hands up and accepted liability. So, ill be refunded right? No!!! Still no refund.
And what makes things worse, thinking that it was just a mistake and it will be rectified. I actually ordered more Tirzepatide believing they could get it right this time.
Ordered it last week, no updates given, no tracking available, no email correspondence at all so far.
So patiently waiting for this supposed other delivery now but don't hold out much hope.

Total scam!!!! Stay clear of this company at all costs!!!

This has come as quite a shock as you have previously ordered from us before and have happily received your purchase from us in the past without any issues whatsoever.

Since Royal Mail made the error and confirmed that they had misplaced the parcel and marked it as delivered incorrectly, we are now currently in the process of reclaiming it back from Royal Mail ourselves. We have the email confirming their error courtesy of your partner.

Furthermore upon inspecting the Royal Mail site, we are in no way obligated nor liable for this.

Royal mail states - "In cases where the seller and buyer have fulfilled their responsibilities correctly, yet a parcel goes missing, the liability often falls onto the logistics company. The shipping company becomes responsible for the loss, especially due to their negligence or mishandling."

As you supplied us with the "correct" shipping address and we shipped according to the address given, which we confirmed with you after your first email to us regarding this issue, we are infact not liable in any form whatsoever and the blame falls directly to Royal Mail.

However, given the circumstance and goodwill of our team and that we strive on good customer relations, we felt it was our decency to issue a refund which we proceeded to process on the 17th October, this was concluded from the bank on the 20th October, straight after the weekend passed.

Now perhaps you are unaware of how long card payments take to reverse as this is typically 3 - 7 working days *excluding weekends* so while you haven't received your money yet, you most certainly will.

I suggest you check your spam box on your email for any royal mail updates on tracking as we made sure to include your email and telephone number provided as a footnote to Royal Mail for the second attempt that you graciously ordered from us in good will.

We feel this review is done in poor taste and is unjustified and will not be receiving further orders from you going forward.
