This service was exactly what we were looking for to create a great memory. It was easy to use and offered many options for gift giving.

Tribute made it so easy to gather more than thirty video greetings for my dad. Many of the participants are of his generation, yet the directions are so simple that they had no trouble. All I had to do was put them in order - so simple! Thank you!

The people are so prompt and patient and helpful in making the Tribute exactly what I want it to be. I love working with this company!

So many glitches when trying to edit. Adding text was VERY frustrating. This is the 3rd one I've done with Tribute but if I ever do another video gift, I may try to find another company to work with.

Despite only being available via email, customer service was relatively prompt. They were patient and helpful.

It is a bummer that the preview volume didn’t match the published volume and was the source of some frustration. I was on a quick timeline and stressing, but fortunately the boys were open until 10PM on Friday night, which worked out for me.

The experience I had putting together a tribute video for my dad’s 90th birthday was frustrating and unsatisfactory. I am still unsure what I was paying for- the video were submitted and I had to order them- ask for multiple edits on “final” version. Paid for expedited shipping so that the USB that you are forced to buy would arrive in time as a lovely souvenir. USB was delayed and did not arrive on time- complained to the company and all they did was give me poor customer service. I feel very tricked and deceived and could have gone with so many other companies for less money and less aggravation. Absolutely worst and do not recommend.

I highly recommend Tribute.co if you want a meaningful gift given with love.
With the help of Tribute.co's team, I made a 65th Birthday Tribute for my best friend Valerie.
The team helped me from beginning to end, they answered my questions and emails promptly. I had the Keepsake Card created for Valerie's Birthday Gift and she said "this is the best gift that I have ever received".
Valerie was very touched and had tears of joy as she started to watch her special birthday Tribute.
This is the best gift that anyone could put together for someone special.
I paid for the concierge, the keepsake card and shipping. The company is in the United States so I had to pay US Dollars which seemed a lot more money, but to see Valerie's reaction and the tears, made it all worth it.

Excellent customer service

I had question and sent several emails to your team asking and each one was replied to quickly and accurately. So helpful. I was also under a time crunch being last minute and relayed that and my project came through in the nick of time. Very helpful and so professional. Everyone loved the end result.

When I had questions, they were answered quickly and accurately. It was very easy to manipulate the pictures and videos.
I liked that the music could be muted when a video played so that I'm sure the speaker can be heard by all.

Follow up is great, easy to use

I have used Tribute for a few personal projects and this was the first time I used it for the nonprofit I organize fundraising events for. It is so easy to set up and super easy for people to record and upload their videos. The support chat is also responsive and helpful, even though it is rarely needed. You guys are awesome.

The program was so easy for my participants to do easily and effectively.
