(California & New Jersey Company ) No Communication and when you do speak with someone they just give you Run around answers. Mr. William text my Wife (B. Waller) SHE was approved and contracts were sent out but that was not case and not sure why SHE was told that. OUR case already had settled and in mean time had two other companies approve US for loans. I was told approved two months ago by Ms. Danielle in text/verbal lol and Another month is finally approaching! Again Mrs. Waller settlement is already finalized so should have been fairly simple for this Pre settlement loans like the other two companies I reached out to. 

Been waiting for answers for over 2 months now I called I text/email no response for days later Never been treated like this before even when your denied companies are much kinder and answer you asking if they sent e mails to the right person? Confirmed my Emails at least 3 times already… WHO DID YALL SEND CONTRACTS TO?! Cause (B. Waller) definitely did not get those Emails

I was told approved before Labor day by owner in text lol and 2 days after finally told not approved ! again my settlement is already finalized so should have been fairly simple for this outfit like the other 2 i reached out to.
Go online and research these companies and shop around.

Requested an advance nearly and nearly a week has hone by and my request is still in review. I received 4k from another company andit took less than 3 days. However everyone I spoke to have very helpful and considerate so I guess different companies operate at different speeds. Definitely would recommend

I was impressed from day 1 on the website for many reasons. As well as with the feedback and call backs. I was especially and still am working with Danielle. Danielle has went out of her way to message me on a weekend, and I feel like she has went the extra mile in so many ways. Every bit of information she’s given has been so on target. I am not with Tribeca yet because I am giving my current company one more chance but i still plan to work with Danielle on a one time basis or one time and then after November until my case ends. I feel that this company as a whole really loves their work, has the clients best interests at heart, and is flexible. I need a company where I can reach out to someone as needed, where I can change or alter amounts etc. Danielle is an extremely amazing woman and a joy

I had an AWESOME experience receiving a Pre-Settlement Loan with Tribeca. William and Golda are amazing! Long story short, I needed a loan within a short time. I had been dealing with a legal claim for the last 3.5 years and it was finally close to settlement, but still not settled. But, life happens at random times and finances, or lack thereof, became an emergency. So, I contacted Tribeca. They were friendly and they quickly collected the information they needed from me. I hardly had to do anything! Within a day they had structured a loan tailored to my needs and I received the loan contract via DocuSign. After all signatures needed were submitted, I had a wire transfer in my bank account within hours! With the mountain of checks I need to balance, it couldn't had come at a better time! The process was a breeze! Without Tribeca, lets just say I am grateful to have found this company. Thank you Tribeca!

Update #2. No one contacted me by phone or email ! I had to call Tribeca on November 19. I can prove this with my phone records. Also I would like to know why I was denied ? The exact reason ? My attorney said there was no issues with my claim. I heard from him this morning. Before I waste my time applying with other funding companies When they may deny me also. What's the reason I was denied ? $2000 seems quite small considering all BSA survivors are going to get something monetary. That's part of the bankruptcy reorganizing plan. Honestly I just needed help financially,I've had 6 back surgeries in the last 2 years.

Update: Why state you do BSA Funding if it's too difficult to do ? Why when I called and emailed Tribeca I was told twice Chris would call that day ? I live in Texas, abuse happened in a different state
You shouldn't have ask for my proof of claim if you couldn't do a loan.
No reference number given. Horrible experience. I filled out an application and sent in the necessary forms that they needed including my proof of claim(which has extremely sensitive and personal information) it was only asking for a relatively small loan. A week went by and haven't heard anything from him I've called him several times and they said so and so would call so and so would call and someone so never called. So I called him and I was told that I was denied. I wouldn't say why but they did give me a phone number to somebody else in New Jersey they said would help. Call that man he was quite irritated and not very pleasant he gave me the number of someone else who could help me. At that point I gave up I think this company is rude and is unacceptable in their customer service. It's fine that they didn't want to flow me the loan but what's not fine is I have to call them to be told no as they should have called me.
