This is the third time we have used Trevor Smith flooring in our home. We've just had a laminate floor laid at a 45 degree angle and it looks amazing. We're so pleased with the finish and will upload some pics once fully decorated. Thank you Trevor Smith!

We have just had a wooden floor fitted throughout the downstairs of our house. We would highly recommend Trevor Smith Flooring. Ian provided us with excellent customer service from helping us choose the right floor, through to checking we were happy with the fitting. Nic, the fitter, used his experience and skills to carryout an excellent job.

Had ground floor fitted with laminate.... looks amazing thanks to fitter John and his skilled expertise. Fantastic service from start to finish.... was able to bring samples home as could not make up my mind! Definitely recommend to others... cannot fault... very professional service provided.

Just had 2 bedroom carpets fitted and our rooms are transformed! Excellent service all round- from Ian in the Shop, Martin for arranging fitting (even accommodating our request for the fitters to do one room first and return later in the day to fit the second so we could move furniture!), and the fitters themselves. Definitely recommend and will always use Trevor Smith Flooring.

Was very happy with our experience with Trevor Smith's Flooring from the help we received in the showroom when selecting which laminate to have to having it fitted. Nic worked all day without a lunch break and left everything clean and tidy after fitting the laminate perfectly and disposing of all the rubbish. Very happy customers.

I am absolutely delighted with my new flooring. Trevor put down my old flooring 11 years ago. might I say there was nothing wrong with it other than me being fed up with it. We received amazing service from Ian within the showroom when we wanted to purchase carpet for our lounge.
We received a phone call the day before confirming a time to expect the fitters.
Fitters arrived and respected our home as if it was theirs and did an excellent job in fitting the carpet.
We are over the moon with our choice of carpet too, as it it truly compliments the room.
We are looking forward to receiving many compliments from our family and friends when they see it.
We will definitely be using Trevor Smith Floorings for our future projects in other rooms.

We've used Trevor Smith and his fitters for a number of years now and have never been disappointed. Most recently we had our hallway, stairs and landing done - not a small job in any house but having been booked in for a Friday afternoon the lads worked hard through to the early evening to get the job done, eventually downing tools after gone 7. The carpets looks fantastic and the stairs have been fitted beautifully. Cannot recommend Trevor Smith Carpets enough!

The service we received from Martin was excellent. The fitter John worked like a Trojan and did a really excellent job in what was quite a tricky old house where nothing is straight! Hats off .... skilfully fitted and finished job! Thank you would definitely use again and probably will quite soon!

Good choice of carpets but salesman was a bit vague, when we asked for a carpet that would be hard wearing he pointed to a selection and then sat back down at his desk, now this could be due to covid19 virus ( he was distancing himself from us) so I will give him the benefit of the doubt. Once we had ordered the carpet we had to pay straight away and then the fitting day was booked. We were told that someone would phone us a couple of days before the fitting day to let us know what sort of time to expect the fitters, this didn't happen, so I had to phone them the day before to be told it would be somewhere around 9.30am. They actually turned up at 10am, but they did crack on with it straight away. The only confusion was about moving furniture ( we were told by Trevor that this wasn't a problem, the fitters would move furniture into one room and move it around as they went). Unfortunately the fitters were not aware of this, but they were good as gold and moved it anyway without extra charge. We are very pleased with the new carpets so it was all worth it in the end.

This was an excellent experience from choosing the carpet to the fitting. We were advised on suitable carpeting and then Ian kept in touch at every step of the way. The fitters were brilliant. They did a super job and also left everything tidy. I would recommend this company most strongly.

Trevor Smith was recommended to me by a friend which is always a great start. When the chap arrived on time for the estimate, he knew his stuff, and talked confidently about how to go about laying my hardwood floor. This was to be a big project - the whole of the down stairs - so it had to be right. They knew how to do it, what product to suggest and the craftsman needed to do the work. I use the term craftsman in particular because the man they sent to do this job was just that - making infinitesimal adjustments to ensure that my 80 square metres of parquet effect flooring fitted perfectly, and I have a clean line from the front of the house to the back. The floor itself is lovely - it looks clean and has such a warm colour. I could have bought some stuff myself and fitted a cheap floor from one of the DIY stores, but it wouldn't look, and sound, like this does. I could have gone to one of the big warehouses where you're farmed in and out - but they wouldn't have looked after my order, and answered all my worried questions like Trevor Smith did. They only give me five stars to select - pity as I would have given more.

Great company to deal with. Very professional team from the personal service in the showroom to the measuring up and fitter visits. All on time as agreed and all the rooms look stupendous , especially the stairs with the laminate and carpet combination. Excellent job would recommend Trevor and his team to anybody .

Quality product and fitter worked hard and adapted to less than perfect installation area.
