Excellent service from start to finish from visiting the showroom to having the flooring fitted can’t speak highly enough of everyone far better than visiting the bigger firms.

Had our carpets fitted yesterday 3rd September 2021.
From arriving to view carpets at the showroom to fitting has been an excellent experience. We found the staff in the showroom very helpful, with good advice on which products to use for the area to be carpeted. We were given a date for the laying of the carpets, and this date never changed. Steve came to fit, he was such a nice pleasant man. He took up all the old carpets. His fit is excellent, everything was cleared up afterwards and the new carpets hoovered. Ian phoned from the showroom today to check we are happy with everything, nice to get a follow up. Overall an excellent service by professionals. Thank you. Will certainly recommend.

We have used Trevor Smith Carpets several times for laminate and carpets and have found their service professional, helpful and friendly. From initial contact through measuring to fitting and after sales they have been excellent. We’d recommend them without reservation.

Ordered two carpets, because of popularuty we had a delay to fitting date. However they were able to fit quicker thn expected which was great. Great help fron the store staff and really useful ideas from the person who measured the rooms. Fitters were veryf riendly and did a great job. Need another carpet in autumn and will definitley use trevor Smith. Thank you great service

From start to finish my experience buying from Trevor Smith Carpets has been first class.
Great choice in the showroom, interested staff who allowed me to take sample books home to compare against my decor.
The fitters came on the day they said they would and to be fair to the both lads they were top class. They were friendly, the quality of their work was exceptional, they cleaned up after themselves and even put some appliances back in the kitchen for me.
