First class clothing at a reasonable price. I bought a jacket three years ago and have worn it on something like 50% of days since. It is showing no signs of wear and it was not expensive. More recently I bought some walking boots which are very comfortable and are again wearing well. Usually I buy all my outdoor clothing from Rohan but with no shop nearby Tresspass seems to provide quite similar quality at about half the price.

Missing order / poor customer service.

I ordered a waterprrof trousers and waterproof jaket on 29th Nov 2020,I received ONE email said, "your order is packed and ready to set off on its travels", before I finished the payment proccess, I remembered it said I can pick up my goods on 4th Dec, I waited and tried few time to check where my orders were, after 4th Dec, I still heard nothing from Trespass, I started to check the tracking again with order number 1001147820, it shown that customer collected !!!! I disbelieve what I have seen, Sat 5th Dec morning I gave trespass Harrow store (HA1 1HS, it meant to delivery to there) a call, a gentleman called Steve picked up the phone I gave him my order number and name details, he asked me to hold for few min, then requested me to call back in 15 mins, I called back later, he said he could not find anything related with my order...... How amazing is it?!!!! I asked what's happen now? he said call customer service, so I called today 8th Dec Tue, Emilia answered my call, she sounded a bit tired,(10:40am) I explained everything, she listened, I asked what's now? she said the how the order go missing, she just don't know, also my privious order the size isn't avaliable anymore...... how disappointing?!!! I simply said I need my refund, few min later, I got two emails " we received your return request..." I have not returned anything,how this is happening?! whether I get my refund soon?I will see...

The whole experience was not nice, I'm trying to support their business in this difficult time, but it's clearly shown there is lots of work need to be done, no communications, ordered been picked by other people, where is the security /ID check? no apology, no solution after the problems occured?..... trespass , if you really care about your business, get it sorted, I have wasted a good few days of my time with you, but I won't do it again, same time I bought goods from clubhousegolf.com, their service !!! you should learn from them!!!

The service i received was 100%
Very friendly , explaining the Benoit the coat I’d purchased
They were a credit to the manager ( who was on day off ) and to the company

Visited the Southampton store and was really impressed with the customer service from the two guys working. Very helpful without being overbearing, they looked up product information online for us and knew a lot about the items in store. Happy customer!

Horrendous none existent customer service. Website issue caused me to be charged 3 times, 3 orders arrived, sent 2 back and 9 weeks later still waiting on a refund! Multiple emails and phone calls unanswered. Absolutely disgusting!

I came to the Ilkley branch a few weeks ago with my daughter to purchase some walking boots. I was served by a lovely lady who helped me find the right shoes for the occasion. The whole experience in the sale was brilliant but I must say the other lady working was very rude to her colleague. Swearing on the shop floor and insulting the person who served me. It made me feel very uncomfortable to be in that situation. When I left the lady who served me was very apologetic to how her colleague acted. But I can’t help but feel I won’t be coming back to this store again.

Ordered 2items on click & collect, received an email to say my order was ready to collect from the Newport branch. Unfortunately only 1 item was there, the girls instore were extremely helpful & took my telephone number to contact me when they had some information.
Tracey got onto the delivery dept and got my other item delivered within 2 days.
Thank you for such good customer service, nice to see it still exists.

I tried to place an order a couple of times on 28th August, both creditcard and paypal payment gateways showed as failed transactions on the trespass website and showed my order hadn't been processed. My shopping basket still contained my items, so after a number of attempts I gave up and ordered elsewhere. However in fact the orders had been processed and I now have been charged multiple times. My local shop refuses to help saying it's a website problem, the phone number of customer services is constantly engaged and no one has responded to any of our emails. I used to be a regular customer and I will never shop there again.

Ordered a pair of sunglasses on-line in June. They never arrived and the customer service phone line was not operational because of Covid. 4 messages did not Get any response. I have already left a negative review about this issue- this review is a positive one. I went into my local Trespass store in desperation, I was not expecting that they could do anything. Katie could not have been more helpful and within a very short time had sorted out the issue and arranged a refund. I then purchased the item in store. Katie’s colleague was very professional and friendly too.

Terrible Service. Website Crashed during ordering so assumed order did not go through. No Order confirmation received at all. Product turned up and was charged at full price and not this discounted value. This jacket would never be worth £45 for sure. Not to mention the sizes are child size! You cannot get through to customer service on the phone - excuse of Covid used, which by now really is not acceptable. Have sent 4 requests for a resolution and refund with no response. Have returned item that they have received today. I have proof. Have had to raise a dispute with credit card company. AVOID at all costs. Not a reputable company at all.

CLASSY just been into farnborough shop was served by 2 fantastic ladies Jan&Vanessa who’s help was invaluable, am complete novice when it comes to walking brought some boots and goretex trousers keep up the customer service girls 👌👌👌

The after sales service for this is world-class. Made an order but only received 1 of 2 items. Have tried in vain to contact Tresspass about this and have been met with radio silence on their customer service email / zen desk and their “dedicated” phone line tells you to send an email. Don’t know what to do so will speak to my bank to do a chargeback as I can’t get anything out of tresspass. Simple recommendation, don’t buy off this company.

I ordered a pair of MITZI womens waterproof walking shoes on the 10th July, order number 1000975031. When I received them I found they were too small so I filled in the returns form and put it in the parcel and posted it back on 21st July. I contacted customer services on 27th July to let them know that I have requested a bigger size shoe. No response. I tried to contact them again on 29th July and again today, 31st July but still no response.
All I need to know is, have my replacement shoes been posted? If not then I would like a refund. Thank you

went to purchase items from local Tresspass store, but was closed despite opening times saying from 9.00am on the door and also there website. Sent message to Tresspass customer services over a week ago still no reply. apparently stores are open but at different times advertised plus with no customer service available what happens when things go wrong. so i went to another leasure outlet with greater success!

I recently purchased a jacket online which was too small for,so I returned it for a bigger size,but never received the new one.So whilst we were in Fowey in Cornwall,I popped in to find out what I could do.The shop assistant took care of it for me and I received
my replacement jacket a couple of days later,thanks
to Jason at Fowey,really good service.

First class service in Inverness store today, helpful, friendly, welcoming and safe and hygienic. Would definately shop there again. 👍

Regular customer and advocate of brand. Ordered DLX Waterproof ladies walking boots and they were not waterproof. First time on my feet were soaked through, and completely freezing. I purchase good quality footwear as enjoy long walks and have type 1 diabetes. This was not a good experience. Contacted Tresspass online as no telephone support available. Was advised to package up the soaking wet boots(they were never going to dry retained all the water) with a letter, and returns note and drop them at Asda for collection. I have confirmation they were delivered to Tresspass on 2nd July. I have emailed 4 times for follow up and telephoned local store to no avail. I now have been out of pocket for faulty goods for a month no contact or acknowledgement from either letter or emails . Disgusting behaviour from a company whom I have provided great reviews and receive emails from them Daily on other products, which only exasperates me more.

Bought a jacket on the 2nd July 2020 online, monies paid but no sign of jacket! Sent two emails to customer service as instructed as telephone service not in use due to COVID-19 but no response.
I eventually contacted the Kirkcaldy branch to see if they could help and a lovely lady called me back within twenty minutes with the information I needed, jacket is now on route!!! So poor service from email customer service but excellent service from staff in the store!! 😀

Made a purchase online over 2 weeks ago, my order is showing as completed money has been taken from my account but not received anything! I’m extremely disappointed as I’ve sent 3 emails and no one has bothered replying. Looking into getting legal advice as this is appalling! I understand we are in a pandemic but other companies have been delivering and if delayed they get in touch and you can still get hold of the companies. Very disappointed
