I ordered two shorts - one medium and one large in the OMG 5" shorts. Turns out that their 5" shorts are not in fact 5". They are 4". The shorts are too short and ride up. I tried to return them but they only have a 15-day return window. I would assume a 30-day window, like almost every other company. I've been dealing with a herniated disc in my back, so daily tasks, like returning things and even cooking, have been difficult for me.

I have compared Tres Pinas "5 inch" shorts to my Sprints 5" shorts and the Tres Pinas are an inch shorter. Very disappointed in the product and the customer service. This is deceptive marketing. They need to be honest with their product descriptions and increase their return window. I want to like their products, but I am extremely disappointed in the quality, inaccurate product descriptions, and small return window. I also had to pay $2.98 for "unlimited return," which just seems like a money grab for nothing.

I have been a proud Customer. I received a defective item. Piece of fabric seem like burned and with holes. I contacted them for a refund or a new item. But insisted that I needed to do an exchange (return defective item) to get refund. Also this item was already sold out.
After back and Forward with Customer service they denied my claim.
