They advertised a $69.95 facial, During my appointment for the facial the pressure sales tactic started and did not end until I purchased their equipment/products costing over $2,700.00. About 3-4 hours after leaving the store I noticed the product was clumping on my skin. I immediately called the store and offered to return the equipment/products that is when I learned they had a no refund policy. They said it was a medical equipment that they are unable to take back when asked about returning the products for a refund I learned the products were free the >$2,700 was only for the equipment What a rip off

This company sells low quality scam products for high prices. Their salespeople are pushy, rude, and insulting. They lured me into a store with a sample of their eye cream and wouldn't let me leave. Every time I tried to politely say that I wasn't interested, they changed the subject. When I finally said that I was leaving and began to walk out the door, the salesman yelled curse words at me! Later I looked them up and saw all the negative reviews. Why are they still in business???

My local sore closed without notice. I am selling my unopened, brand new items. $5000 for 34 items, and a gold mask kit. I do not want anything to do with Senses Skin group, Avologi, or Tresor Rare.

I was walking around the shop in Jbr dubai and the sale men outside the shop give me a tester treatment for my face i use it for one week the result is very good and more then very good sure i wi go and buy it i realy appreciate the result

Products are horrible, and expensive. You will waste your money with 0 results. They will trick you with a free sample to make you buy expensive products. I bought the pen eye cream , it dried after few weeks and I had to throw it in the garbage. It also change texture and color. As for eye cream, it Caused irritation in my eyes. Save your money and use them wisely

I was in Kauai last year at this time. Maorizio Carvalho was the associate helping me. He told me if I bought these products, he would give me 2 years of free refills all I had to do was text him and pay for shipping. I did text him and he told me he doesn’t remember saying that and he has no paperwork on that. My sister was with me and she heard it also. He then told me that I needed to spent $15,000 to get free refills which he never said that. He just wanted me to spent money. I am very disappointed with your associate that he lied to me.

I visited the tresor rare shop at Marina mall in Abi dhabi. Kaylie made her best to introduce the latest products and helped me to make the right choice. She was very competent and helpful, so I am very happy with my purchase thanks to her patience and kindness.

I wrote a complaint on here back September 2022 about my horrible experience with the store in downtown Florida. I was contacted and apologized to. Received an email asking for proof of purchase. Sent information and never heard from them again.

Ich habe den Eindruck, dass es das Beste ist, das ich meiner Haut bisher gegönnt habe!
Alle Produkte sind sehr ergiebig, sodass man auch lange Freude daran haben wird.
Meine Haut fühlt sich entspannt, frisch und lebendig an.
Für die Zukunft werde ich wohl bei den Produkten von Tresor Rare für meine Haut bleiben.
Auch die persönliche Beratung in Baden Baden war wieder professionell, sehr freundlich ohne mir das Gefühl zu geben, etwas kaufen zu müssen.

I was told by Chris in the Bahamas store that I could return the device with in a six month period and there was a store in Brandon FL that I could return it to if not satisfied. I get home and week one I know I want to return as the product and the device do not work as the one in the store did. IT appears it was a bait and switch and I was sold different products than what was used on me. I reached out and he said yes I have six months and he would get a manager to contact me with how to return it. Since then nothing. He will not return my messages. The number on the receipt does not work and I have sent an email to the email on the receipt many times but they will not respond. All I had was the guys Facebook account to contact him. Now he will not respond. I need to return this from my money back as I was told when I bought the item. NO ONE RESPONDS.

I was in Fort Lauderdale, Florida shopping the Los Olas area district and was greeted by Karen (aka Carolyn) of the Tresor Bare shop in Los Olas. She asked me if I’d like to try a sample of skin cream and invited me into the store. I was in no hurry so I agreed. She showed me Tresor’s line of product and sampled a few and I was blown away at the quality and the quick reaction and the difference my face felt after she cleansed, used the Blue light ENEO wand, applied the mask, then face and eye creams. I really was blown away! I was not out looking for a new skin care product line at all and I had been perfectly happy with Lancome products I’d been using for 25 yrs, but I was so impressed at what a difference Tresor’s products did for my skin (both look and feel) … it was like MAGIC! I ended up purchasing almost $4000 worth of stuff. Oh and Karen was absolutely delightful too! She took her time and explained to me each step of the beauty regime and she was so sweet. She was not a high pressure sales person like I’ve often experienced at other retail malls trying to sell Dead Sea salt and similar merchandise. I visit Fort Lauderdale often and told her I’d come see her next time I was visiting and schedule a facial. When I did get back in June 2022, Karen recognized me right away and asked me about how the products were working for me and could tell a big difference in my skin from the first time we met. I scheduled a facial with her as promised. Unfortunately, I ended up having to cancel as my last week there I was Covid cooties positive. So I will see Karen on my next visit. She is a great sales person… very positive and full of bubbly energy and makes me want to part with my money! LOL She is a terrific sales person and so very kind. She had even texted a few times to check up on me and ask if my and my mother’s health were improving from our Covid illness. She’s a gem and I highly recommend her if you are in the Fort Lauderdale / Miami area and looking for skin care products or specifically Tresor Bare products. She’s a lot of fun!

I purchased the product in dubai hills mall. in my personal experience, the product was BAD!!!.First, staff will approached u to give sample then explained the product itself and offered complimentary facial. The first product i purchased was on Apr 2022, is (Ultimate Pearl facial feel - AED 400). Then they invited me for complimentary facial on Apr 13,2022, and purchased product which the specialist recommended (BX skin relaxor essence, BX skin relaxor foaming cream cleanser & BX skin relaxor thermal mask - worth AED 3,000). i used the peel twice a day as per instruction. Apr 18,2022 i used thermal mask & essence. after 2 week i used again the thermal mask & essence. Then 2nd week of May, my face start to have Acne both cheeks and its a little bit itchy and red. May 26,2022, i send my photo by watsapp to the staff informing her of what happen to my face bcoz of Tresor products. She started questioning me about what i eat etc...i told her theres nothing wrong of what i eat. its really from the products. May 27, i went to the store to return the product and ask for refund. However, staff told me that someone will call me unfortunately nobody does. i got the no. of the Manager told me they will not refund. He told me to wait the acne got dry and used again the product. what a remarkable solution!!! we have the conversation via watsapp.
Partly i have mistake for believing to their sales talk and the staff who check my face, even though shes not a real dermatologist. i paid total of AED 3,400 for the products which give me ACNE and discomfort to my face. if i have enough money to pay for a lawyer i will sued them, i have photos of my face with acne after i used the products. i lost the money, got acne scar on my face, i feel so down and disappointed bcoz of Tresor product.

Too expensive, my fault, what was I thinking?!?.

I have been using the product sparingly due to the cost and I have not seen any improvement, so I tried using it on a regular bases and still no improvement and now I am using my previous skincare making sure I use them more regularly. I make sure I cleanse every morning, evening and use a weekly product and my skin has improved. The sales person was helpful but I wont be using these products again. I see other people have been luckier.

I fell for a sales scam which is totally my fault but I figured I’d paid a load of money for the products so I might as well use them. Turns out, they are terrible quality. My skin is now full of spots and dry to the touch having been using the cream for just two weeks. I won’t even try and get my money back as judging by the reviews on here it isn’t worth it. Stick with what you know and don’t be lured in by fancy bags and freebies is my advice. I bought the facial peel and got moisturiser for ‘free’ (total cost of nearly $300) both are absolutely terrible and will be going in the bin.
