I had a trial of using the products at Yas Mall and I was surprised with the effect that it has on the skin immediately. Aura presented the right products that are suitable for my use and it was a done deal for me. Those products do work and you will feel the results once you use them. I do recommend them.

Good experience overall. I met Kristina and Anya 2 weeks ago at Galleria Mall and enjoyed my time spent with them trying different products and learning new things. I bought facial peel and moisturizer.

I didn’t wanted to go down the road of Botox and filler till coincidentally I was stopped by this beautiful lady (Emily) to try the syringe lavelier. I was amazed how it made me look with that instant glow. Of course I did not stop their, I also bought the perfecto X red light infrared machine. Wow wow wow, I cannot even comment further how huge it made a difference. I got so hooked on their amazing safe products that I travel from Bahrain to UAE just to buy more. The teams are also super amazing with providing you the best of products and service. I am so thankful that Emily stopped me and Adriana convinced me about the machine. I am usually the most person does not believe in people selling you products, but this is the first someone says something and said the truth. I really like the Ultimate Pearl Facial Peel,Im using it once a week and I feel the difference after I used,my skin becomes brighter,soft,looking fresh and clean,I have an oily skin but it suits me and thank you for the help of Ms.Kaylee from your Marina Mall shop,she is very well trained and have perfect knowledge about the product that she is selling,I will come again soon to explore what else you have in the shop and I will suggest my friends to buy it from you guys for them to experience what my amazing experience from your product

I went to their shop in Marina Mall and because of Kaylee, who was very nice, and doctor I bought products for 10,000 AED. Customers service was great and professional to answer all questions I asked. Now I'm using the products and the dryness on my skine started to improve.

This product is incredible. Im using the peeling and it really works. I usually dont trust products like this, but Tresor Rare do its work, you get results in no time. I am so happy to pass by their shop in Marina Mall, also grateful to Kaylee who have introduced this product to me, she is indeed a delight. BEWARE!!! My husband was on a work trip in Ft Lauderdale and was lured into the store by the pushy sales women. They convinced him to buy me almost $3000 worth of products and lied to him telling him if I didn’t like it I could return it. When I tried to ship it back to them unopened they said it was non refundable. They tried to tell me they video tape all the sales as proof he was told. When I pushed for the tape they backed off. The owner Ron said she would give me my money back if I took down my bad reviews and closed my BBB complaint. Which Is completely illegal! Now the owner continues to lie to me about giving me my money back even though I removed the original bad reviews as agreed. They are a SCAMMERS!

Watch it. Can not cancel order prior to delivery. Bahamas store does not tell you the whole store.

SCAM! Don't go near these mall people. I'm not sure where or how they are trained or brainwashed but they are the most hard-sell scam artists I have ever encountered. My friend took me on a cruise and go sucked into buying thousands of dollars of junk cream to give me a gift. Body cream caused severe rash and the company refused to refund a dime. Compensated by sending me more product. The containers are designed to be look like you're getting a great deal but hold only a small amount. The eye-cream won't dispense product. The gold and silver coating comes off in your hand. RUN IF THEY APPROACH YOU IN A MALL OR OFF THE BAHAMA ISLANDS!!!

Hi I have been at your shop at Bagatelles Mall, Mauritius and I have brought the Ultimate pearl facial peel cream and I have try it,was really satisfied by the result and I also appreciate the warm welcome i get from Elodie and all her advice. Will see me again very soon.

I was shopping at a mall in Schaumburg Illinois when I had a man give me a sample he rubbed on my arm. That turned into him showing me some product on my face, ok it seemed to work and I bought some. He then told me I could come back for a free facial, I thought great I just paid a good amount of money for these products a free facial would ease my mind over shelling out what I just did. Fast forward a few days and I come back for the facial. They had me sit with some “expert” who was supposedly a specialist on facial skin blah blah. 5 seconds in abs I realize she’s trying to sell me more, and not just some eye cream, she wanted me to buy some kind of skin rejuvenation gadget for damaged skin from sun and age. I thought ok I’ll listen but I didn’t need anything else. Then she hits me with the price…… $5k!! That was “on sale” I said sorry no, she continued to make me feel awful saying my family couldn’t care about me if I “couldn’t” spend that on myself?!? I told her in the nicest way possible to mind her own business and if she wanted to degrade someone she should speak with her co-workers who told me this was a free facial NOT a sales meeting. These people would steal from your pockets if you were dying in the street, awful, soulless people. RUN from this company as fast as you can!!!

I spent over 1500.00 in Cancun for this product and the eye serum syringe does not even dispense any product! Do not buy!! That was the one selling point as that really showed results, but I can't even disperse the product at all!! I feel like I should break the darn thing to get it out but I am sure it would dry up in no time!!

A BIG SCAM, DON'T FALL FOR IT. PLUS utterly unbelievable sales tactics. I was in Nassau, ans a gentleman about pulled my arm into the store to try some 60 second lift cream for the bags under my eyes. It worked great, but as I told the salesmen (then 2), it has the same effect as my peterthomasroth.com product which cost 40, this cost 250, then 200, then 150(with some fake special). The guys lied to me over and over saying this stuff will only need to be used once a week then after a month, use it less, once every 2 weeks and it would be permanent, oh plus mariah Carey owns the company. I was so fooled, even sad I allowed it to happen, but then the credit card machine was down so we went to their sister store which was "tresor rare with my bag from hermetise, (they said its the same company but different owners, omg, what is wrong with me, so many red flags. Then to make it worse, when I opened the bag, while he ran my card, I noticed the item in my bag was not what was applied to my eyes. He said oh this one had peptides, but he switches my hermetise product, for tresor rare 60 seconds. So to top it all off I would have paid 150. for some body cream, but then when I got back on the ship my eyes looked exactly as they do when I use my regular product. Needless to say I will be contacting the company to complain, fighting the charges on my card and contacting the bbb.

Went in, tried the exfoliator, dead skin came off, yay. Then they joked asking if I showered. I was so embarrassed, I wanted to leave, but they wouldn't let me. I had to tell them well over 3 times that I did not have any money for them, even resulting to raising my voice. (I'm a quiet, scared in social situations, type girl.) The whole store knew of my financial situations by the end of the ordeal. Even so, they kept offering me deals. I was only able to leave by telling them I'd be right back to make a phone call to see if I could get the money. UNBELIEVABLE.

I was so insecure and ashamed, I spent 3 hours scrubbing my skin in the shower that night instead.
(I was supposed to be at a wedding, which is why I was in the mall in the first place- to get a dress, yes last minute) Social anxiety sky rocketed.

But hey, at least you have pretty boys with accents to sell your product because you need some kind of buffer for your aggressive sales tactics. Is that even ethical to higher only white, skinny, pretty boys with foreign accents and blue eyes? Equal hiring opportunities? Representation from all backgrounds? Talk about diversity and realistic body images.

Like living in a surface level barbie dream house with a prisoner interrogation room for a basement.

The product didn't seem terrible when I tested it. I in fact thought it was nice. Too bad customer experience was god awful with a bow wrapped around it.
