If you're like me (indecisive and worry about every step in the process) please hear me, and hear me well. I had MANY consultations with various clinics to enquire about a hair transplant. Many of them will tell you what you want to hear, persuade you that you are the ideal candidate for the surgery, and even give large discounts only to ensure you book with them but just remember - just because its cheaper, doesn't mean that its better. understanding while waiting for me to proceed with my booking and a massive thank you to the whole team who took the time to explain the whole process and made sure I was comfortable before proceeding with the procedure.
The day of my procedure I was picked up by a car service and brought to the very beautiful, hygienic
and modern clinic. I was sat down, and the details of my surgery were thoroughly explained to me. The team would not let me step foot in the operating room until I was 100% satisfied with my new hairline (which they nailed on the first go). They assured me to voice any concerns I had, and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. They were extremely accommodating and made sure l had enough water, was fed, and that I was constantly kept in the loop the entire time.
I am currently 1-month post op and the after support is just as hands on as the before support. Dilara has been constantly checking in with me via phone calls and texts making sure that everything is going well, and that I'm happy with the results - something I fear I wouldn't receive with other clinics.
The management of the procedure from start to finish was seamless, stress-free, and pain free with
clear instructions from the team and very little effort required from me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
