No data, no information at all. The ads are repetitive, and there are only those old versions.

Decided to try out TrendRocket.io after watching a video about it. Signed up for the free trial and found out the website was average at best in terms of functionality.

Had attempted to cancel my subscription but there was no option to do so. Clicking on the cancel my subscription page only led to another page, to ask me to change my card details, with no option to actually cancel.

They then attempted to charge me multiple times, despite me sending multiple emails asking to cancel after each attempt, which they did not respond to.

Only when I threatened to block any further attempts with my bank did they respond to me immediately, where support rudely told me it was my fault for not cancelling on time and that I would be restricted, despite providing no option to actually cancel.

Very disappointing and definitely avoid if you want to keep your money.

I didn’t use the platform at all and wanted my full refund but the guy all his concerns was to make me pay another month that I will not even use and refuse to give me a full refund. The refund policy is a scam never saw this kind of customer service in my entire life.
Please make sure you are really willing to use their platform before signing up for the trial because if only 1 day passed they won’t refund you your money. Never had this problem before with my subscriptions. This is so disappointing

Update: I didn’t request a monthly downgrade I wanted my full refund and you said it’s not possible that I have to commit to one month and I thought it would be less than $100 then I saw you charged me more $102 for something I will not even use. That’s not how you deal with customers if someone doesn’t want to use your platform for some reasons don’t force them to pay for something they won’t use. That’s just not fair at all.

I never wrote a review before on trustpilot but this is hopefully my first and last.

I am a fan of Davie Fogarty so I was ecstatic to try out TrendRocket. Therefore, I opted into the free trial to check it out. However, I didn't find the software very useful for my stage in business so I never touched it.

2 months later, I noticed I got charged twice and requested a refund as I never used the software. The support was unhelpful and unwilling to help. The website also makes it more complicated to cancel the the subscription.

Overall I am just disappointed at the service provided and the scam-like refund policy. If your software is so great, why make it so difficult to refund for people who don't use it?

I’ve used other spy tools like e-com hunt etc and had my account locked for 5 days with no one getting back to me. The trend rocket customer service team is so much more helpful and willing to offer advice. Way more in-depth data points as well.

Woah what a great tool! I was able to find a product to sell within just a few seconds. I used to spend DAYS searching for products to sell and they won’t even be as good. Love how much of data it pulls to show me the best products to sell. You got a sub for life!

They took an unauthorized charge from my credit card. They took my money for something I didn't use. They have not refunded my money for 25 days. They never reply to my messages. Never use them. The customer is always right. Who wants to pay for something they don't use. Even though I honestly explained the situation to them, they did not refund my money. As far as I can see, it is not important for you to victimize a customer. Money is more important to you, not everything is money. I hope $29 got you rich. Never use this website.

Edit; You can only understand that they are not honest by reading the bot comments made after my comment. Your are so funny and helpless that it definitely makes you a scammer. You can be sure of that.
