Apologies the indicators are not as per your expectations.
The indicators we develop and offer are concept based indicators - such as harmonic and chart patterns. We provide customisable options and statistics which users are encouraged to use to find the optimal trading strategy. The indicators themselves are not trading strategies - they are means to build trading strategies based on these concepts.
The indicators are complex and need a thorough understanding and further work from users to turn them into their favour. We have explicitly mentioned this in our website and we request users to take 7 days free trial (which you have taken) to understand the suitability.

Auto Chart Patterns und Auto Trendlines
Ich hatte die Auto Chart Patterns und die Auto Trendlines Indikatoren gebucht. Leider funktionierten beide nicht so wie erwartet. Es kann natürlich an getätigten Einstellungen meinerseits liegen das sie kaum richtig funktionierten, allerdings erwarte ich bei dem Preis auch "default" Einstellungen mit denen man erst einmal gut starten kann und diese dann über die Zeit anpassen kann.
Was allerdings überhaupt nicht geht, die Indikatoren waren trotz zwei Monatiger Nutzung regelmäßig nicht verfügbar. So habe ich dort dann immer ein rotes Schloßsymbol auf Traidingview gehabt, das zum Teil mehrere Tage lang. Das geht gar nicht wenn man dafür Bezahlt.

Indicators we provide are means to build your own strategy. That's why we provide extensive settings. We cannot fit default settings to work for everyone. Apologies if that was your expectation.
With respect to red exclamation and indicator not working always - that may not be our issue. Sometimes, restarting your browser solves that problem. We got many complaints where users are unable to access the indicator despite having access. That we believe is issue from tradingview that they are actively working on. Most of the times, restarting browser or logout and login back will solve such errors. We also encourage people to report to us whenever they come across such issues so that we can resolve the issue if it is problem from our side.
