Overpriced analytics service with a…
Overpriced analytics service with a difficult cancellation process
I subscribed to the Trendos Starter plan at $169 per month, expecting practical tools that would help improve my company’s visibility in AI search, SEO and GEO.
In my experience, the platform mainly provides analytics and monitoring. It shows how a brand may appear in AI-generated answers, but I did not find enough practical promotion, optimisation or implementation tools to justify the price.
I was also disappointed by the cancellation process. It was not sufficiently clear or straightforward how to cancel the subscription and prevent further charges. A service at this price level should provide a simple, visible cancellation option and immediate written confirmation that recurring billing has stopped.
I have contacted the company and requested:
immediate cancellation of my subscription;
confirmation that no further payments will be taken;
clear information about the status of my account and billing.
At present, I consider the service significantly overpriced for the functionality provided. Other established platforms offer broader SEO, research and optimisation tools for a comparable or lower cost.
Unless the cancellation and billing issue is resolved promptly, I will consider contacting the relevant Lithuanian consumer-protection authorities.
This review reflects my personal experience with the paid Trendos subscription.

With regard to your subscription, we can confirm that it has been cancelled and that no further charges will be applied. A confirmation email covering your account and billing status has already been sent to you, so the cancellation has been fully processed on our end.
Regarding the product itself, the platform is built not only to monitor but also to help you improve and act on your visibility across AI search, SEO and GEO. With this in mind, we offered you a demo and offered to help set up your account so that the practical and optimisation features were easier to understand. A free trial is also available, allowing the platform to be tested before any paid commitment is made.
