Excellent curtains made in the UK
There was a friendly, helpful exchange of messages before I placed my order. I first had a look at ready-made curtains in John Lewis, and groaned when I saw they were nearly all made in China.
The curtains I ordered were very carefully and beautifully made – far better than I would have got from the department store, and at a better price. They fit perfectly and look excellent in the living room. A very happy customer.

Our staff are always on hand to assist customers with their requirements and assist with any questions they may have. Our Customer Care Team have been trained to make the measuring process as seamless as possible and we always advise customers to get the measurements correct and leave the rest to us.
John Lewis - we regularly have customers drawing comparisons of our products with John Lewis. But you're right, our curtains are made on site by our own staff with a considerable amount of care and attention (lets not forget the experience and skill that goes into making each pair).
Price - can't really compare us to John Lewis. Our curtains will not come with any fancy ribbon, marketing material or branded packaging. Our curtains will come packed in a tough plastic bag and then packed in a dark grey bag.
If customers don't care about the fancy ribbons etc, then please come and visit us. If you like the ribbons and branded packaging we might not be the best manufacturer for you (apologies).

Out standing made to measure curtains
Ordered in person made to measure curtains for our very wide caravan patio doors. There is an extremely large selection of materials, designs and colors. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The quality and workmanship of the curtains is of a very high standard. I would highly recommend and will be buying curtains again when needed.

We've been through our records and can see you opted for the Cotwold Mocha fabric with the premium poly cotton twill lining.
Your curtain sizes were 160" wide which are deemed to be very wide curtains. But this wasn't a problem for us as we make everything on site!!
We like to take our time with customers and our aim is to ensure customers walk away happy and reassured that they've made the right decision and choices and also have an idea of how to hang the curtains. Having been in the industry for over 40 years we think we know what we're doing ;)
All curtains are made on site by our staff and nothing is either imported or outsourced. We cannot be beaten on the price or quality of what we offer and have streamlined the ordering process for customers.

I purchased my first pair of bespoke…
I purchased my first pair of bespoke curtains and a pelmet from trendfurnishings in January 2022 for my flat in Brighton.
The curtains arrived very quickly and I was amazed at the quality of the fabric. The softest velvet I've ever known and one that draped beautifully at the windows. The curtains looked fabulous and made a big difference to the heat retention in the room.
I needed curtains for another property and I went straight to trendfurnishings without hesitation.
Excellent communication regarding measurements, type of fabric and design. I received a great price for the curtains and once everything was finalised I was safe in the knowledge that production would begin immediately.
I would not go anywhere else for my curtains in the future.

Many thanks for the review of the Mayfair curtains and pelmet you opted for.
All curtains are made on site and the fabrics stocked on site. This allows us to turn orders around relatively quickly for customers as we aren't having to wait for fabrics or even outsourcing the production of the curtains.
The Mayfair fabric is our plush velvet with a matt finish and we offer it in over 15 different colours. The fabric is soft, luxurious and thick and as all our curtains are fully lined they ensure they retain the heat during those cold mornings!! Always a bonus when energy prices are hitting the roof at the moment.
The second set of curtains you opted for are extra wide (each of your curtain panels will measure approximately 150" wide). These are perfect for the larger windows (including bay windows) and drape beautifully once pleated and hung.
Regarding the service - We have an in house Customer Care Team that deal with all our customer requirements and guide them through their requirements to ensure customers are making the right decision before placing an order.

So helpful through the whole process of…
So helpful through the whole process of me trying to order curtains and being clueless about measurements 🤭 i needed very long curtains (95"), a pair of burnt orange and 2 pairs of teal velvet with metal ring tops. Regarding Naeem - he is very passionate about the service we deliver and stops at nothing to ensure the customer is happy with their curtains/cushions.
Curtains for London - the curtains you ordered were in our plain fabric (which we offer in 23 different colours) and has a premium blackout lining. This isn't 85% blackout, this is the "proper stuff" i.e. 100% blackout.
Your curtains were made for an apartment in London where the windows are relatively long but this is no issue for us here.
We finished the curtains off such that the fabric and lining meet at the same point i.e. this ensures NO light can shine through.
We're also offering this service in our Mayfair range which is a premium thick velvet and drapes beautifully!!!

I was heading for a blackout until I eyelet these curtains drop. Now I’m hooked.
I hadn’t been able to find what I needed from my usual curtain manufacturers so I decided to give this company a try. I had initially looked for fabric only (to get the curtains made up later) via eBay and seen their made to measure service advertised.
I needed some very specific fabric and sizes so I made contact via email.
All responses were swift and professional so I ordered the curtains a few weeks back. They arrived via courier very quickly and I was impressed with the finish & quality.
The curtains are now in place and they look WAY beyond my expectations.
I will be placing an order soon for another set of curtains and I would like to recommend this company to anyone who is looking for high quality, made to measure products.

A-Star curtains .. would definitely recommend.
Wanted to get my curtains done for few of my doors and couldn't find the right sizes on regular shopping sites ( Amazon ). After a bit of couch surfing, found trend furnishing on ebay and looking at the ratings, fired off an Email for a custom Job !.
Few email exchanges and Naeem (From trend furnishings ) had a video call to understand my requirements.
Naeem was very helpful in not only getting few measurements right but some helpful advises as well in terms what I would need.
I was then sent a few samples to choose the materials and order was finalised.
After about 2 weeks ( I was advised it would take about 2 weeks as this was a custom job), curtains came and they were
1. Looking majestic with the right materials and perfect fit.
2. Well stitched and finished.
3. Good value for Money.
Very happy with the purchase. Now off to get few other doors curtained !

Ratings - as a small business we rely heavily on customers leaving us a review.
Advice & Measurements - we always ensure customers are reassured about their measurements. We have been fully trained by the owners as to how measurements should be taken and we have streamlined it to a very smooth process i.e. it should literally take a couple of minutes to measure each window. Once we have the measurements we deal with the rest.
Curtains - you opted for our Mayfair collection which is NOT your TYPICAL velvet you find on eBay and Amazon. It's a thick velvet with a matt colour finish. We use the premium poly cotton twill lining (i.e. the same lining used by John Lewis on their made to measure curtains). The imported curtains will come with a cheap lining which adds NO VALUE to the curtains.
Make up - ALL our curtains are made on site by our seamstresses in house. The owners will NOT IMPORT anything as they've seen the quality of what comes in and aren't very keen. From the quality of the components used to the finishing, the curtains are just wrong.
Example 1 - our eyelets are made of steel and so cannot be bent. The imported curtains use nickel eyelets which can easily be bent.
Example 2: the imported curtains come with a 1" belt at the bottom (this is simply to save on cost). All our house curtains come with a 3" belt as standard. This ensures a much smoother drape when the curtains are hung.
This ensures a pair of curtains which are long lasting and look elegant!!
We simply offer a made to measure service but just significantly cheaper than the high street.

The company were EXTREMELY helpful with advice and measurements! Their communications were excellent & knowing I had guests coming & had dragged my feet a bit about ordering, they even got the curtains to me super quickly! The quality of the curtain fabric is very good, the fabric 'hangs' really nicely & the 'finish' of the sewing is perfect! The fabric you chose was our most popular plain fabric. It's a very lightweight fabric and drapes beautifully. Just to mention, it's also crease free!!

Top Notch Curtains and Service
I had previously ordered door curtains from Trendfurnishings and I was very happy with the quality so when we decided we needed a full new set of door curtains, valances, curtains and tie backs it seemed the logical thing to use them again. They quickly provided costings and advice for our requirements, payment was simple and the manufacture and dispatch of our new curtains was well within the given timescale. Unfortunately in one of my finest senior moments I inadvertently ordered the wrong colour (red not burgundy) for half of the order! Totally my own fault. Trend customer service were very helpful and understanding ( unlike my good lady) in helping to sort this out as well as providing a couple of items needed to complete the order and save my integrity...
If you are looking for made to order curtains etc of the highest quality, very competitive pricing and excellent customer service then these are the people for you. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will buy from them again without doubt.

Excellent service and quality
I needed very very large curtains for my sons bedroom. On websites they were going to cost £300-600 and that wasn’t my ideal fabric! I needed them to be thermal also because the window is so big the room gets cold. I looked on eBay and found trendfurnishings. I got in touch with my measurements and ordered a couple samples. I also had a call with the company to confirm a few things and was given an amazing price. They also came within days!
Really happy with the quality and they as described/ordered. Customer service was great and responses were fast to emails.
