Amber in Nottingham took a wig I bought that I felt was unsuitable for me and she transformed it before my eyes into a fabulous do, snipping the length without losing the waves. All with with scissors and hairpins. That is quality customer service and talent, and the wig itself is fabulous. What more do you want?

Everything ffine as usual--car parking a plus! Lorna superb as usual to plus nice coffee..

Steph is great. She is really helpful and allows time to try different styles with no rush.

All the staff are a joy. Helpful, understanding and they certainly know their field of work. I've never felt rushed and they don't do hard sales. They are completely honest and will work with you to find what's right for you. My confidence has absolutely soared since getting my topper, I love it.

Steph has been so helpful in finding me something I’m confident with. Nothing has been too much trouble and she’s been very supportive.

The benefits are their highly Professional services, which are second to none. I walk in to a warm and friendly welcome from Marie, who books me in, escorts me up to a comfortable room and gets me a very welcome coffee - and continues to do so throughout my visit.

Then Jules, the Salon Manager and Senior Stylist arrives - and the magic begins. I walk in looking and feeling like Wurzel Gummidge - and a couple of hours later I walk out feeling and looking “shammazing” Nothing is too much trouble for Jules, she just wants her Clients to feel fabulous. Her whole ethos is that she is there to help you to be the best you can be.

The luxurious Salon sits right on the waterfront at Barton Marina, which is quite idyllic and picturesque, its lovely being able to watch the ducks swimming around and the water is very relaxing.

The whole visit exudes Professionalism & complete privacy. Their knowledgeable approach instills great confidence to just put yourself in their hands, trusting them to deliver excellent results.

But the really, priceless bit? - getting all of those Skills & Service - whilst having “a bit of a laugh with the girls” That’s what it feels like. Then you walk out as your best self!

On my last visit to Trendco in Hove I met my new stylist Sarah for the first time. She was extremely helpful and kind as has always been the case with all Trendco staff . I also appreciated the revamped salon which looked great. My reason for dropping a star does not lie with the above salon but with the company’s new pricing policy. At the moment I pay £40 to have my wigs washed and blow dried - I understand that this is due to rise to £100 - an increase of 150%. The explanation is that the rise is due to the salon refurbishment and to bring in line with high street salon prices. Trendco is not an ordinary salon - it is for many vulnerable people an absolute lifeline. Some of its customers will come and go as they return to health but many of us will be wearing hairpieces for our entire lives. We are a captive market with very few choices and I would urge the management at Trendco to be mindful of this and be as fair as they can to customers.

I can highly recommend Trendco in Hove. I have been going to this shop for several years for new wigs. All the staff are helpful, considerate and caring. They seem to understand how vulnerable you feel.

I had a great experience at Aderans yesterday with Nicola (& all the staff who were so welcoming & friendly)..bit nervous as first proper fitting but she was brilliant, put me at ease & knew exactly what suited me & I got the very first 2 wigs she recommended! So knowledgeable & helpful - have bought wigs online but by actually trying them on I found styles I would never have thought of wearing - I left wearing my new wig & feeling on top of the world - excellent service & would whole heartedly recommend - won't be getting my wigs from anywhere else!

My visits to Trendco are always a joy. Looking forward to a new hair piece Steph is so nice to me we enjoy a coffee and a catch up at the same time as fitting my new wig. I would highly recommend Trendco to anyone with hair loss

Friendly and helpful staff with a range of hihh quality hair options. If necessary, they can further customise the colour of the hair to suit your needs. All in all a fabulous experience I would highly recommend these ladies to transform your hair.

Annie (London Salon) was friendly, helpful and polite. The customer service I received from Annie was exceptional (as always). The customer service started even before I visited the salon. She ordered 3 wigs when I spoke to her on the phone because I was unsure about a specific colour. When I visited the London salon to collect my wigs Annie made me feel welcome. Thank you.

had a consultation with Sarah at Hove last weekend to purchase a new hair piece.
I hit it off with her immediately which was brilliant. I felt completely at ease with her and after lots of chat between us I think we came up with a great plan for my new piece. She took samples from my hair and the other pieces I took with me. I didn’t feel rushed and felt she covered everything I needed to ask .
An overall positive and enjoyable experience.

I received a warm welcome from RACHEL, manager of the MANCHESTER branch, who is always happy to answer any questions about the wigs on display and anything hair/wig related. The waiting area is open plan creating a relaxed and comfortable environment with lots of comfortable seating and displays of wigs in a variety of lengths and colours.

My fitting and styling appointments are with MICHELE and take place in a private fitting room. Michele shapes and styles my wigs to suit my face shape and is so attentive and patient. My wigs were thinned out to remove any heaviness and bulk, the fringe and front sides were trimmed and I was shown ways to style them to achieve the shape I wanted. Straight from the box the wigs are transformed with cutting, shaping and styling. Michele’s level of expertise comes from having constructed and worked with wigs for years, which is invaluable because it helps the client feel very comfortable and confident that they’re in very skilled hands. You can pick up so many tips and tricks about wig care and styling at each visit, which is a lovely bonus.

The Aderans MANCHESTER team understand how much hair loss can affect a person - working with each individual in a professional and respectful way to address their specific needs. Visiting and speaking with the skilled staff there is a really positive experience and highly recommended.

Amber was amazing when I visited, the first time was to have a look and tried on lots of styles of wigs until I found ‘the one’ I’m about to start chemo so wanted to get organised and have a wig ready for when I needed it. I went back a 2nd to try on different sizes that Amber ordered in for me to get the best fit, she talked me through how to care and style and I ended up buying another completely different style which was shorter..would like to add this was my choice and was never pushed to purchase any wig, actually the opposite making sure I took my time with my decision with further advice.
I then returned a 3rd time for a trim of my wig. Which Amber said I can come back anytime to have trimmed or styled etc…she went above and beyond and made the daunting experience of buying a wig a very relaxing and fun time - thank you Amber ❤️ Hayley ❤️

Helen is so friendly helpful and was so patient with me. I found having to choose a wig very emotional.
Helen tried several different styles on me and. I didn’t feel rushed when I was trying to make my decision. As it was such an important decision for me, and I re-tried on the ones I felt comfortable with the most.
Helen then trimmed the fringe to the correct length for me and showed me how to put on the wig myself. And the correct way to wash it if needed.
The new hair style has given me confidence to go out in public .
I would highly recommend this Salon and Helen to look after you.
