Treforest Escape Rooms Anmeldelser

Libby was really warm, friendly and welcoming. We did the Mine escape room as a family and had a blast!😄

Was warmly welcomed by Lee who explained everything clearly and tia was great with helping us although we didn’t make it out it was a great experience and both staff were fantastic !!
We will be returning but will need to find an easier one at 6’3 the mine was quite tight and difficult for me to manoeuvre but no biggy
Great experience and amazing customer service from both - will see you both very soon !!

Fantastic experience, Finlay went above and beyond to ensure that the children had a brilliant experience.

My wife and I really enjoyed The Heist live escape room, Natalie was incredibly friendly and guided us suitably through the game. She took time to chat with us at the end and helped make the experience very fun! Thank you! Becky and Zoe x

We booked for a 11th birthday party with a large group. The kids were very excited. Libby was great with the children, friendly throughout and the kids loved the experience. Would highly recommend in general and great for a children's birthday!!

Great time trying our first VR escape room! Very cool and unique! Staff were brilliant and friendly. Especially Lee who knew when to guide us and when to let us figure it out! Highly recommend! 😁

Went here this evening to complete the heist and done so with just a few seconds to spare!! The four of us absolutely loved this experience and Lee was amazing gave us plenty of help when necessary, highly recommend to visit and give these rooms a go! Definitely coming back thankyou again!

And we managed to escape

A gang of us escaped the Heist! Thanks to Natalie for a great experience! Will be returning for another room!

We visited Treforest Escape Rooms for my son’s birthday and had an amazing time! We’ve done quite a few escape rooms before, but The Heist was one of our favourites. The set design, props, and attention to detail were fantastic and really made the whole experience immersive.

A big thank you to Lee, our host, who was friendly, welcoming, and helped make the experience even more enjoyable.

We’re pleased to say we escaped with just 2 minutes to spare, which made it even more exciting! We’d highly recommend Treforest Escape Rooms to anyone looking for a fun challenge. We’ll definitely be back to try another room.

As a former employee, I would not recommend working here. In my experience, staff were frequently criticised in group chats and communication from management could be intimidating. Despite being a zero-hours role, I felt there was significant pressure to accept shifts and explain unavailability.

I also witnessed recurring issues with puzzles and room functionality that sometimes affected the customer experience. This review reflects my personal experience working there.

Horrible place to work. 1/3 owners and the manager is aggressive towards employees in the company group chat. If anyone makes a mistake it’s posted with a hostile message in-front of everyone. When they make the mistake it is ignored, any feedback given to them is also ignored. It’s too much stress for a 0 hour contract. They tell you off for not being available for a shift you didn’t know had to be covered. The manager is really unprofessional and will ask you personal questions that shouldn’t be asked. It’s an imbalance of power.

Employees are nice and kind, the room was very fun, friend blamed me for not knowing how to use a lock when he couldnt either
