Great customer service!
I was very fortunate to speak with Trevor. He was so very helpful and went the extra mile for me and stuck with it! I booked a trip and while on that trip we had to make some changes to flights and after going back and forth with the airlines they finally refunded, however they sent the refund to Travelodeal. Trevor researched the information found the refund and got it to me. He kept me informed every step of the way! Thank you Trevor!

Excellent assistance from Matt on initial booking of our upcoming trip to South America next year. Harvey was the agent who dealt with my holiday. His customer service skills are amazing. Overall holiday was excellent
Overall holiday was excellent. Hotel in Athens, although in a less than salubrious area, was perfect for an overnight stay prior to boarding our cruise ship. We have cruised with Celebrity before, and knew what to expect. We weren't disappointed. Excellent itinerary and perfect service.
The only thing we have marked down is the time of the outward bound flight. Arriving at 1.30am was not ideal, and Stansted is not the best airport for us logistically.
The service from Travelodeal though was very good
