Good Service no complaints

Our booking agent Dominic, was very kind and thorough in booking our flights to Fort Lauderdale. I had to make a couple changes and he was very patient and made sure I was completely satisfied with my booking. Dominic has great customer service and he is pleasant to work with.

Dominic Trew was the agent helping me. He was very efficient, helpful in the booking process, upbeat and polite. I appreciated that he stayed on the line with me until I confirmed the information was correct. One thing the company could do to improve is when a flight is already overbooked that it taken off the website immediately. Apparently, I thought I booked a flight only to get contacted that all the seats at the price were already taken and I had to start the booking process again from scratch, which is time consuming and a bit frustrating. Other than that everything went well booking my flight.
PS: submitting review is challenging. I never received the code supposedly sent to my email. Kate Ott

Very knowledgeable and helpful and was very quick and give me the best price

After spending hours trying to book different flights, each time, I was told it was no longer available at the "cheap rates." Only flights over $1,000, compared to $300+ were available. It's a scam

I worked with Maria Rodriguez and she was really good because she worked hard to get me tickets I wanted and closer to the date I want to travel. She was excellent. I will continue working with her.
