I ordered 2 pairs of the Nike Zoom Field Jaxx. They didn't arrive and i got 2 utopia sweaters. I paid 320,- euros... Don't buy here. Cheap qualitiy and poor costumer service. Travis is goat btw.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I purchased the cactus jack sweatshirt for almost $90 then spent another $20 on shipping. First had issue with payment and they never responded to my repeated requests about whether the purchase was truly processed. Was very surprised when it arrive. However, the sizing was enormous and am trying to return the item and purchase in a smaller size. There has been NO response from "customer service." Tried multiple times but they do not respond. Would love for someone from their organization to reach out. Please take responsibility for your work!

I ordered a limited edition vinyl lp of "Days before Rodeo"
When it arrived the LP had cut through both the inner and outer sleeve, I reported this to Cactus Jack Store, with several pictures on the damages, but in every answer from them i basically got one and same response, "
"All packaging/vinyl sleeves are protected against damage. We cannot replace or repair damaged packing"
I wrote to them several times, but same they gave answer over and over again, just beeing complete dicks about it

Ordered end of September with 4-6 weeks shipping and received December, and they only shipped the item AFTER I emailed them asking where it was which was 8 weeks from the purchase. I received the item 6 weeks late and I am extremely disappointed, the quality feels cheap, customer service is awful, I would never buy from here again. This was an awful experience, they have ignored my emails but they were able to reply to my bank.

wrote wrong shipping address on my parcel and they just pin responsibility on the courier and not themselves who made the error it's ridiculous. take 4 months to send my parcel with a "ships in 2-4 weeks" I wouldn't have bought otherwise and they still managed to get it wrong

Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.
Ich habe fast 12 Wochen auf meine Ware gewartet. Angegeben waren 4-6 Wochen.
Habe den Kundendienst mehrmals kontaktiert und es wurde nur sporadisch geantwortet,bzw.garnicht und ich wurde vertröstet, das die Ware sich verzögert, wegen Lieferschwierigkeiten.
Die Versandgebühren von ca. 30€ fand ich schon sehr viel, aber die Krönung waren knapp 80€ Zoll/Steuer-Gebühren, was nicht mal ordentlich auf der Internet Seite erklärt wird.
Ich hatte um Entgegenkommen und Erstattung gebeten, aber darauf wurde natürlich nicht geantwortet.
Die Qualität der T'Shirts lässt auch zu wünschen übrig.... Sehen sehr billig aus.
Der Schriftzug auf der Fahne ist auch sehr verschwommen.
Alles in allem macht Travis Scott mit diesem Lieferanten seinem Namen keine Ehre und bekommt vorwiegend nur unzufriedene Kunden.
Wäre wünschenswert, wenn man zeitnah eine Antwort bekommt und vielleicht eine Entschädigung, für die ganzen Unannehmlichkeiten. Oder wenigstens eine genaue Erklärung der zusätzlichen Kosten, auf der Seite. Vielen Dank

If I could give Travis Scott Merch zero stars, it would be too many! I’ve ordered 3 item's from Travis Scott. First was a Cactus Jack T-shirt, second was a sweatshirt from his college collaboration with Clemson. Both orders were fine. This time I ordered a $119.00 AstroWorld sweatshirt and it wasn’t worth the plastic it came in! The material is cheap polyester. There are no tags on the inside other than a size sewn crooked. I have emailed support 3 times with no response. I’ve called the phone number for customer service and no ever answers.

Still have not received soccer jersey I ordered and it has been more than the 4-6 weeks that was stated on my receipt. Sent the company and email and only got an automated response. Still waiting and out over $100. Do not recommend. Sure hope I get it before Christmas but at this point not sure it will ever come.

I ordered my hat last drop on May 9th and still have yet to receive it. I have sent emails and I cannot get an answer as to when they're going to ship. At this point I feel like this is all a scam and I got robbed by a crappy company and Travis Scott

Warenwert 40€ Versand 30€!!!!
Na gut habe ich bestellt, da wie erwähnt ein Geschenk.
An der Haustür wollte der UPS Bote dann nochmals 20€, da es per Nachnahme verschickt wurde und mir die Ware ansonsten nicht ausgehändigt wird.
Ich habe somit 50€ Versand für eine kleine Platte bezahlt. Ich möchte anmerken, dass der Versand teuerer war als das Produkt.
Ich habe dem Online Shop natürlich direkt geschrieben, kann mir aber nicht vorstellen, dass hier etwas getan wird.

Ich werde nie wieder auf dieser Seite bestellen. Reiche Menschen zocken hier meiner Meinung nur Fans ab!

Auf die abgestellter habe ich übrigens knapp 2 Monate gewartet!

du bon gros scam. J'ai économisé mon argent de poche pour acheter le vinyle, j'ai sauté des repas et maintenant je suis sans domicile fixe. J'ai plus un rond sur mon compte et je suis tombé dans une dépression sévère que seul le Galaxy gas peut alléger... Travis Scott tu as ruiné ma vie maintenant je suis à la rue, pas de talle et j'écris ce message à l'aide d'un téléphone de poche. Faites attention à vous

It's a SCAM website. Stay away from anything that says Travis Scott or CACTUS JACK.

For the last 8 months I've been receiving email notifications about a purchase from this website, which I haven't made. Their customer support ignores this but my email and possibly other credentials are being used on their website.

When I pressed pay up on the website the site told me that my credit card information was wrong. I tried rewriting it and pressed pay up again and for the second time it was wrong. Later on I found out the money still went off. I tried contacting the support but it felt like I was getting answers with AI. They gave me the same answer 2 times and they weren’t helpful and at one point they just stop mailing me.

Je n’ai jamais reçu le vinyl collector et je n’ai aucune réponse du service client qui n’a jamais remboursé le vinyl, personne ne l’a reçu, mais ils gardent notre argent, grosse arnaque.

Je donne la pire note possible à cette boutique en ligne officielle de Travis Scott. Voici mon expérience désastreuse :

Le 4 août 2023, j'ai commandé un vinyle de Travis Scott : l’édition limitée « Utopia » fondu, avec une livraison prévue au plus tard en novembre car en pré-commande. Depuis, je n'ai reçu aucune nouvelle. J'ai contacté le service client plusieurs fois et on m'a donné diverses excuses : d'abord des problèmes avec les transporteurs, puis des problèmes de production. Plus tard, ils ont créé une fausse référence de suivi pour un colis dans leur entrepôt, qui n'a jamais bougé et affiche un poids ridicule de 0,001 kg, ce qui est évidemment impossible pour un vinyle.

Le 20 juin 2024, après avoir demandé une énième fois où se trouvait mon colis, on m'a répondu qu'il avait été envoyé et que je l'avais reçu. Si ce n'était pas le cas, on m'a conseillé de contacter mon transporteur. J'ai pourtant la preuve que le colis n'a jamais quitté leur entrepôt.

Je fais partie d'un groupe sur Reddit où de nombreuses personnes ont été arnaquées de la même manière. Beaucoup ont également dénoncé cette arnaque sur différents réseaux sociaux. Il est clair qu'il s'agit d'une fraude massive orchestrée par cette boutique.

Non seulement le service client répond une fois sur deux, mais en plus, ils mentent effrontément. Ils refusent de prendre leurs responsabilités et de résoudre le problème. Je suis extrêmement déçu et en colère face à ce service médiocre et trompeur.

J’ai aussi déposé plainte auprès de BBB qui a essayé de les contacter en vain et qui ont eu aussi signalé leur site depuis ma plainte.

Je déconseille fortement d'acheter quoi que ce soit sur ce site. Cette expérience a été une véritable arnaque et un cauchemar.
