Worst Airline
I tried to book a flight for the morning, first confirmation was what I wanted. Second confirmation was not. I told him I was not confirmed due to leaving in the pm and landing in Charlotte South Carolina. I wanted to land in Columbia South Carolina. Luke Brown/Steve Cooper went ahead and booked it. And changed my account. They refused to cancel my order. Telling me it's not possible!

TRAVELPORT Platform they will tell you ,you can gain 150 to 300 $ per day, but they are scammers,be careful and don't recharge any amount on their platform

They are fraudulent and unethical
They are fraudulent and unethical. They pretend to give you a round trip ticket and only give you one way and them ask for a lot more money. We had to call the airline directly. Please stay away.

This company it’s a big scam they advertise the lowest airfare once you purchase your tickets they called back telling you o no that’s only to hold a place in the cabin now you have to buy your tickets which they charge triple the original amount the problem is that you have no choice because ,you will end up losing all the original money I wish tha some body stop this company for mis leading the public I purchase some tickets for my family the total price was going to be $4024.43 at the end they charge me $5525.47 I wishes the airlines stop doing business with this company THE ARE NOTHING BUT THIEFS

BEWARE SCAM
BEWARE SCAM. THEY PUT YOU THROUGH TRAINING EARNING THEM COMMISSIONS THEN SAY YOU HAVE TO SEND THEM MONEY TO TOP YOUR ACCOUNT TO GIVE MORE TRAVEL RATINGS FOR THEM. NO MONEY SEEN EVER. TOTAL LIARS.

Totally fraudulent company
I didn't see the reviews before we booked airline tickets. It's just like everyone says. No luggage no carry on and they try to book you on different flights at double the price. And more lay overs. We ended up canceling our credit card. They aren't getting a dime.

Do not use its a scam
Do not use. You book then they call you and tell you that you can’t bring luggage or carry on. They try to get you to add additional money for your flight. Then they change your flight to a different airline and time that you originally planned. When you agree to the additional money they try to charge your card additional money. My credit card company caught that it looked funny and asked if it was a correct charge and ended up cancelling my credit card.

they sell you a cheap ticket then call you and say you can't have carry on or luggage unless you upgrade and will not let you cancel and if I tried to stop payment the airline would come after me and they have more money then I do. Had to spend an extra 190 dollars each way DO NOT EVER USE!!!!

This was a CLASSIC "Bait & Switch"
This was a CLASSIC "Bait & Switch". Got 2 round trip tickets to Rome, for $1,020. Which was a very good price to fly over Christmas Holidays. Within 30 minutes after my reservation was confirmed, I was told it was a promotional/restricted fare, whereas, I was not allowed either carry on/checked bags. Unless I ponied up an additional $800. I called their airlines(United) & this practice is PURE B.S.. Loooong story short, several days later, supposedly the airline overbooked this flight, & therefore they could not honor, the price that I was promised. PEOPLE LOOK AT THE REVIEWS for Travelport.BEWARE...........................DONT ENDURE the pain & misfortune ALL HAVE experienced. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Sold me an airline ticket and after attempted callbacks to a telemarketing phone number they reached out and said I didn’t have a ticket anymore as they were first come. Then attempted to sell me one at three times the original price. I feel that was their intent all along. We be verifying they did not bill my card.

HORRIBLE!!!
HORRIBLE!!!! Do not book with this company. I booked a flight and for 24 hours I thought I had a great deal flying on Delta for a one way 2-hour flight. Then the next day a Travelport operator called and said that this was a promotional price. I could fly but could not bring any carryon or checked bags. In order to have a bag I would need to upgrade my ticket at a cost of an additional $200 plus. I cancelled my ticket.
