Thieves
An appalling company, with no redeeming features. Dreadful, unhelpful, 'make-it-up-as-you-go-along' customer service reps. And they keep the money. Travelpack received a refund from Virgin Atlantic (they've confirmed that it has been paid) and have never bothered to refund, depite having promised to do so. One can only hope they are forced into administration.
Had booked flights to Bali
Had booked flights to Bali, wasn’t given any info on tickets, was told it was booked with China airlines and I had to contact them for seats and meals etc! China airlines had no knowledge of my booking! Asked for a refund was told in November I would receive the refund in 8-10 weeks! 4 months later still no refund and they have stopped replying to my emails.
Complete scam artists
Complete scam artists! Dont go anywhere near this company! Ive been waiting a year for a flight refund and they give me the same story as all the rest of he unfortunate souls on here. We have a saying in our business you should oil the squeakiest wheel first, so my advice is make an utter nuisance of yourself and send letters, emails threatening all sorts of legal action. It might not work but Im not going down without a fight!
I have still not received a refund for…
I have still not received a refund for a flight booked in January 2020 for a flight in June 2020. I keep chasing but just keep being told I am in a queue for refunds. Extremely poor service. I have received refunds for all other flights booked last year with different companies. Not sure what to do now. Will never use this company again and will not recommend to anyone else.
Still waiting for refund
Booked flights through this company for August 2020 which were cancelled. As of January 2020 have repeatedly asked for a refund but get the same copy and paste response:
"We apologise for the delay in processing these refunds. Your booking is in the refund queue , Please note we have chased the refund team according to them , due to the high demand of pending refunds they are processing refunds by date order they were received by the airline to us, but unfortunately there is a considerable backlog of cases to go through due to these extraordinary circumstances . We have a reduced team working through lockdown due to the impact of the global health crisis."
I spoke Aer Lingus and they haven't even received a request for the refund from the company! Absolutely terrible. Avoid.

Waited months for a refund
Waited months for a refund. Travel Pack continually delayed and asked me to wait a few more weeks etc. It was only when I threatened going to the small claims court that I received my refund in a matter of days.
No refund. No customer service.
I have been waiting for a refund since April 2020. I understand there is a backlog but Travelpack have ignored the last 4 emails I have sent since November, absolutely no regard for customer service or human decency. Avoid them.
Refunded after 10 months
As with other reviewers the experience in receiving a refund since April 2020 was excruciating, i was also advised of the 10-12 weeks refund period despite the airline confirming refunds were made within 30 days of requests. In the end after weekly correspondence with different agents and being advised (perhaps bluffed) their accounts were inundated with refunds, i found advice on here to pursue through social media helped me to finally receive a refund, in my case leaving negative comments on Travelpacks facebook profile received instant response and i got the refund within days.
I don’t believe they are a fraudulent business, but have clearly delayed refunds during a downturn in business and their tactics to avoid a timely refund were abhorrent.
Worst customer experience ever
As per the others really, had a return flight to Vancouver in June 2020 that was cancelled due to COVID. Requested a refund end of August and told it would take 10-12 weeks.... but heard nothing. Chased again in January calling 5-6 times and each time being given some nonsense excuse and told it would be sorted out next week/next day etc. Eventually got the refund mid-Feb when I sent a letter threatening legal action (they must know they haven't a leg to stand on).
My partner had booked slightly different dates but with the same airline and received her refund way back in September so I know it's not an issue of TravelPack not having received the refund from the airline.
Whoever it was at TravelPack that thought this was a good policy, just take a look at all these reviews. Your reputation is in absolute tatters.
Refund Received
I have this week received my refund for BA flights to Florida in May 2020. My advice is to be patient - mine has taken 9 months but refunds are being processed. I suspect that the number of Accounts staff available to process refunds is very low. I made regular calls to the call centre. Every customer service associate I spoke to was polite and updated me on the status. My credit card company were no faster in dealing with this and last week said they could not submit a claim so I was relieved when Travelpack contacted me to ask for the updated expiry date for my credit card. I am giving them 3 * because the process was slow but it is a very difficult time for travel agents.
Not professional and Honest Agency
Booked ticket for India. Flights cancelled in Aug 2020. Still no refund. Every call same answer that Airlines hasn't refunded for cancelled flight.
Then I called Airline and they confirmed that refund was issued in Dec 2020!!!
Very shocking..
I was expecting better customer service and honest process. Also, charging to customers admins charge even if flight cancelled by Airlines!!!

SCAM ARTISTS
SCAM ARTISTS - DON'T BOOK! I purchased my flights after going on Skyscanner. I didn't think anything of it at the time but they have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and have not refunded my money after nearly a year. I've seen many other reviews of the same nature about this company. AVOID!!!
Finally - had my refund after waiting over 7 months
Update: the letter saying I would take them to court worked - they have responded within the 7 days given and refunded.
Flights cancelled in July 2020, still awaiting refund. Fobbed off numerous times; I've now written to them to say will be taking to court unless money is returned within 7 days.
Hopefully this will work.
I will NEVER recommend this company.

To give hope to some
To give hope to some, I was refunded after over three and a half months. They've had my £3K for 10 mnths. Nice work if you can get it, get people to put money in your bank then don't give it back for an inordinate length of time.

My flight was cancelled back in May 2020 and I still haven't received a refund - would not recommend!
Terrible company to deal with I would not recommend
This has to be the worst company to deal with especially during the pandemic, they basically left me out of pocket wouldn't bother helping and got told to deal with airline directly.
After many months the airline finally came through however if it was left to travel pack I would be out of pocket by over £800.
Liars, Thieves, Beware!
Similarly to the experience of others, I was promised my money back less a £34 fee in June which was going to be paid in 8-10 weeks and nothing. I dispute the fee they want to charge, I want all my money and and in fact I want interest on the money they owe. It's been close to a year since I've asked for my money back initially. I've logged a Section 75 claim with credit card company and will go to small claims court as am fed-up to wait for a bunch of liars and thieves.
This company should feel the full force of market dynamics - i.e. you treat your customers terribly, you end up not having anymore customers, you are unable to get new customers, you go bust! This is what this company derserves!
