Recently I booked my ticket to USA for my friends weeding, so I used travelocase and their price is way cheaper compared to other booking websites, they are best.

I booked a flight for the 3 of us through Travelcase travel company for a good deal going to Puerta Vallerta. It showed my flight purchase was pending. Then I got an e-mail to call the company. The agent said that the prices I had booked for were no longer available. The price she then said was an extra $400 plus dollers! This was all within the hour that I had originally booked for. This is fraudlent behavior and I believe this is illegal. If you buy a sandwhich for the price on the label and then go to check out and the cashier says no it's actually this different price, much higher. You just shake your head. I believe they were just trying to lure me in on a good deal but then changed the price, by a lot!

Total bait and switch. They told me the flight would cost $570, but when they went to collect, it was $790. It was still about $20 cheaper than the airline so I went with it. Then they do this shady thing when they charge your card 3 different times. Then when I needed to change my flight (since you can't do through them), airline said they were only paid $530 and that's all they could credit me. So this company just kept the $260 margin but they got me to sign up with them in the first place with a false price. No flexibility - do not use. I learned the hard way.

Recently traveled from New Delhi to USA having purchased my air ticket through this travel agency. Very courteous and helpful attitude offering price which was unmatched. Customer service was outstanding and product exactly what I wanted. Kudos for this dedication.

I cannot recommend Travelocase more!

Due to a health condition very last minute we were unable to travel to our original destination. Given we are traveling at a peak time and travel was only a couple of weeks away changing the flight was going to cost a lot of money! I contacted Travelocase to see if there was anything they could do. Serenity spent 24 hours working with the airlines to get our flights changed at no increased cost to us! She was in constant communication with me to update me along the way. This is the best example of customer service I have ever experienced! I will only book through them going forward.

Don't do it, I know it seems tempting considering airfair and economy the way it is, but save yourself the stress and headache. I made the mistake of booking flights with them and still paying the consequences, as I am still disputing $ charged on my bank account. I booked with them back in August of 2024 for a trip in December 2024 thinking that booking ahead would prevent any issues, little did I know that was far from the truth. I booked and at first everything seemed fine, got my confirmation number through Delta/AeroMexico and I was checking my app continuously to make sure everything was fine until I received a call a couple of weeks out from my trip. I was informed that AeroMexico (which is partnered with Delta) had not received the payment (that clearly showed in my account) therefore I basically had no tickets. Their suggestion was to basically repurchase the tickets at a higher price and dispute the first transaction. I called AeroMexico only to find out that the thirdparty (TravelOcase) was the one placing a hold on the $ and that they couldn't really do anything on their end. Called TravelOcase back only for them to give me another bs of an excuse and telling me I had to pay $1200+ for the tickets and dispute my first transaction that was less than $1000 to begin with. Needless to say I learned my lesson, if it seems too good to be true, it most certainly is. I spoke to Serenity which seems to be the one handling everything there.
