Refused Refund
Ruined my plans by booking a completely irrelevant flight w/o issuing a ticket then refused refund despite airline confirming it was Travel J*ckey’s mistake.

We have booked your flight reservation earlier as well, without any inconvenience, but at the highly discounted fares.
but that flight option was limited and was not available after 2 months, as the fares depend on availability.
But still, We do sincerely apologise for the inconvenience, It was an unfortunate situation where the same Tickets could not be processed, however We offered you another flight options, which you clearly denied, and requested full refund, which was refunded long ago.
Again, We understand the situation and as promised, We'll definitely compensate with great discounts for your next flight reservation.

Travel jockey, a truly great travel agency
Stumbled upon travel jockey in 2017 when I needed a quick and cheap ticket to Lagos Nigeria. They've since become my travel agency of choice anytime I want to travel. A particular staff of theirs (Rachael) would go to any length to get you a cheap ticket. That's what I call excellent service, keep up the good works folks.
