No fuss no bother
No fuss no bother. My husband has more than one medical condition but gets an immediate quote . Understandably it's not cheap but that goes with the conditions he has. Regular Insurances we used for years rejected him after heart operation this company are amazing and we have continued to be able to travel with confidence and no claims.

I would stay clear of using this…
I would stay clear of using this company through the comparison sites. They are absolutely shocking. I called up whilst on holiday as I had an issue and was put on hold for ages whilst she was trying to help. Then we on hold longer as she was going to put me through. Then came back to me and said someone would call me back. No one bothered to call me back….. Stay clear from these I will be logging a complaint.

I understand you have spoken with us regarding your initial call to what seems to be claims and not our office here. We did search all of our call recordings and could find no contact but, we have confirmed this with you.
As a result of your experience, we have ensured that we have passed all information to White Horse who deal with all claims directly and raised a complaint on your behalf that you were not contacted again by them regarding this.

Good Morning
There is a lot to read in your policy wording but, we are so glad that you noticed! We do advise all of our customers to read their policy wording but, many don't .
Of course we are always on hand to answer any questions you may have pertaining to your policy but, we want to make sure you know exactly what we are covering you for when you travel abroad: the very purpose of Insurance of course!
So yes there is a lot to read but, there's a lot we provide :)

Excellent Insurance Option
My partner was injured on holiday, and I was so worried about everything.
I didn't need to be worried.
Every time I spoke to someone about doctors, or hotels, or anything I was worried about, the customer service team were wonderful, calm and helpful. They talked me through the claims process, helped me sort out transport, wheelchairs, and all sorts of things we needed.
Considering we both have a lot of chronic medical conditions, the premiums aren't steep. Add to that that the service is excellent, and the website is easy to navigate, it's a slam dunk for me.
I will continue to be a customer with travelinsurance4medical for a long time.

Finally a travel insurance company that sees people as individuals and not commodities. Extremely touched by the email sent about ethos of the company showing how valued their customers are. Something you dont get from the larger companies who refuse to insure people with medical conditions after giving them 20 years of your business!
