Easy, clear instructions for declaring and screening of health conditions. This insurer is better than other companies offering travel insurance as they cover elderly people and a wide range of pre-existing conditions.

Can’t speak with regards to claims…
Can’t speak with regards to claims process as this was just booking insurance but it was good to speak directly with a lady called Jess and a gentleman called Steve Hole rather than just online with Go Compare.

Hopefully they still are as good
I had insurance with this company a few years ago and was very satisfied, then they stopped offering it ( I never understood why) .While looking for a single trip cover and getting really expensive quotes ,even from my usual provider. I came across travel 4 medical , the site was easy to navigate and questions easy to answer, ; importantly the quote was sensible and the process was easy

Friendly and efficient service by phone to book the insurance. Clear information given about what is and is not covered, and what extras can be covered. Have used this company several times.
Unfortunately, although I could get insurance for myself we will be unable to use them for future trips together as their rules on upper age limit have changed
