I've had the misfortune of having to use CTM over the past 5 years and I can truly say they are the slowest and most inept agent I've dealt with in many decades. Here is a sample of the issues:
- booked return flight in the same direction as the outgoing flight (ie two flights A->B)
- regularly quoted fares significantly more expensive than what I could see on airline websites
- taken 5+ days to make a booking
- not put bookings under my control which has meant that I couldn't make last minute changes internationally once my trip was underway, but have to wait until it was a weekday in Australia
- charged my employer administrative fees for correcting mistakes that were made by their agent
- resisted my attempts to call to speak to a supervisor
- consistently not returned calls
- haven't taken responsibility for their mistakes
- provided a complicated and unintuitive online booking system
- been so slow to book a ticket that cheapest tickets were sold out

I have had breakfast removed by CTM from my bookings and regularly price gauged.

Our agents have changed how they respond to emails - they don't provide their names any more. It was much better knowing who we were working with. We knew who to address in responses and if we had multiple requests, we could have the same person working on the travel, so it was all the same. That's much harder now.
I tend to have to follow-up with account rep on emails sent to get resolution on various things and there are still outstanding items I'm still waiting on.

If i couldve left a lower rating i wouldve. CTM has left our bookings in pending status until the night before travel then they "cancel it" reason being not being able to book a seat or even the hotel was overbooked.
this is ridiculous and has happened very often.
CTM also price gouges like crazy

I have been trying to set up a profile so that I can use CTM to book my airfare instead of my corporate credit card, however, there's no link or instruction on how to do so.

Rang this morning to change a booking. After an hour on hold I had to hang up due to a previous engagement. Rang again this afternoon. By the time 5pm came (when its website says it closes, I had been on hold for two hours and forty minutes! I gave up!!! THE WORST company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with!

Embarrassingly incompetent day-to-day service and after hours "support" is a joke. I sat on hold for two and a half hours before giving up on them. Do not use. Ever.

Booking is easy enough, but if the high end motels are the only ones available, I have to use to use Wotif or Booking.com. Sometimes I get charged twice booking fees when I only have one booking which I then have to try and explain to HR.

CTM technology is usually easy to use and if there is an issue it is fixed relatively quickly so there is little impact. You also have the back up of staff who can help and are always friendly and efficient. I have very rarely had anything that wasn't able to be resolved.

The online booking tool (Lightning) is usually very easy and fast to use. However on this occasion it was experiencing an error due to CTM's credit card, but Nick actioned my request very promptly and booked the flights I needed offline.
