Encountered a problem with my flight booking, Mony has stepped in and resolved the problem quickly and professionally. Would recommend.

I'm creating a Trustpilot account so I can warn you against going through this scam of an agency. I purchased a ticket -- lured in by the low price -- and got a phone call 10min later saying I didn't book with any baggage. I assumed for an international flight carry-on would be included, and that I could add-on a check-in later. He informed me it would be £225 to have a carry-on and a check-in. This is before issuing me the e-ticket. I asked for a refund and he said they would retain £75 if I did. Thankfully, I trusted my instincts, and had him issue the ticket with no baggage. As soon as the ticket was issued, I logged onto British Airways using the confirmation code -- sure enough, carry-on was included, and I could add my check-in roundtrip for £110. They almost scammed me out of £115! Absolutely ridiculous to treat customers this way.

Booked my London to Delhi flight through Traveasy and the whole thing was sorted within an hour. Mony handled it, was responsive on chat, explained the fare options clearly and sent the payment link straight over without any fuss or upselling. Everything matched what was quoted. Would happily book through them again. Thanks Mony!

Be very careful when booking with Traveasy

I booked a flight with Traveasy for £366 and paid for the booking. Around 10 minutes later, I received a call from Traveasy telling me that the fare had increased and that I needed to pay an additional £80.

I declined to pay the extra £80 and asked them to cancel the booking. I was then told that cancelling would cost me £50.

After some back and forth, Traveasy eventually agreed to honour the original £366 price.

What concerns me is that the original price suddenly became available again after I challenged the additional charge. I can’t say why this happened, but the whole experience left me very uncomfortable.

My advice to anyone booking with Traveasy: if they call you shortly after booking and say the price has increased, don’t immediately agree to pay more.

I eventually got the flight at the price I originally paid, but the experience was stressful and has seriously reduced my confidence in booking through them.

Well I found this site and thought I would give it a go and book a flight with them
So I booked it online and everything was simple and great then when I finished I had a phone call back from a lady named Meenakshi and she went through everything with me and was very helpful and polite making sure I was ok with everything and she then emailed me with the booking details and then sent an email of my e-ticket

Easy to navigate and got the cheapest flight tickets among other websites. Customer service in my experience was excellent. Meenakshi was very efficient and quickly sorted out an error that occurred on my end.

She was polite and kind while taking my concern.
She also resolved my issue without much waiting.

Customer service is good. Especially Jhanvi supported me genuinely.

I got good response from Vivek from travesty helps me to book flight ticket for cheap and polite and kindly answered to my questions.

Booked a ticket through them only to be told I need to send more money for the ticket to actually be obtained. Now I still can't fill in my passport details.

The online chat service is second to none. Prince Singh was my service agent and he answered all my questions quickly. It's a simple and unassuming website but all the information that I needed for flight booking was there in 2-clicks or less.

I booked return flights to Beijing for over £1,200 and was left without e-tickets or clear confirmation of the booking. Upon calling, I was subsequently told an additional £160 was required, which had not been made clear when I booked.

Due to the conflicting information and poor communication, I cancelled the booking. Traveasy then retained £75 as a cancellation fee, despite confirming that the tickets had not been issued when I cancelled approximately 90 minutes after booking.

I have now received the remainder of my refund, but only after a lengthy and stressful exchange of emails.

The lack of communication and transparency completely undermined my confidence in the company. I would not book with Traveasy again.

It is the worst agency to book with by far they will literally make you pay first and then will ask you to pay more to send the tickets, they are running scam legally somehow. Once you payed the tickets price they will make you pay extra and if somehow you agree to pay extra and pay through their app they will tell you to delete the app and then pay ,sounds about dodgy enough.Once your tickets are booked they will put wrong details intentionally so you cant check in on the day of your flight so they can get the money back to them . Im gonna file a case against them and if you been scammed do it aswell thanks.

This company is a scam. They have stolen over a thousand pounds from a booking that we made. They will tell you to wait and wait and wait and never send you a ticket. DO NOT BOOK you will loose your money
