I've purchased from Trash Lobster twice and been absolutely delighted on both occasions. My first serious piece of gold was an antique shield locket a couple of years ago that is worn almost daily and remains as beautiful and pristine as the day it arrived, proving how carefully it was selected by Rebecca. I more recently bought an antique cable chain with barrel clasp at an amazing price that is also worn daily. A really special little chain that works hard while looking so delicate. Beautiful packaging and securely posted. Apart from the amazing pieces Rebecca is a font of knowledge and always has interesting/hilarious stories to tell on Insta. Can't recommend this little team enough!

I had received a vintage chain which so unfortunately broke just after putting it on! Rebecca was instantly apologetic and instantly took the item back, I got another chain instead. Another vintage chain had a missed gold testing mark, again, Rebecca was very apologetic (it was just missed as it didn’t affect the integrity of the chain), offered options to resolve, but I ended up keeping the chain and Rebecca still offered a credit to use on another product (which I used!). I have been really happy with both experiences and have purchased since. Currently saving to buy more!

Trash Lobster is one of my go to’s for antique and vintage jewelry even though I’m based in the US. I’ve bought many pieces from Rebecca over the last year+ and not only are the pieces exceptional but the service she (and Em!) provides is first rate. Let’s be clear - this is antique/vintage jewelry. It’s not brand new. It won’t be in pristine condition/out of the box condition though sometimes it’s pretty close. There will be signs of wear. But Rebecca always clearly explains the condition of pieces and shows them from every angle so you know what you are getting and can make an informed decision. The price of precious metals has made things tricky for everyone. But Rebecca tries to provide the best value possible in the circumstances and as such she will always be a trusted source of beautiful pre-loved jewelry for me.

Where to start? Buying my gold chain was a big moment for me, something each the woman in my family has done for 3 generations. The 'iconically you' vibe nails it! I was worried about buying something without getting to try it on and feel it. However Rebecca's beautiful, detailed descriptions plus her sleuth like skill at hunting down the best in antique and vintage pieces won me over. I bought a chain using her generous and convenient interest free layaway system. It is 100% perfect, I adore it! I work in an antique shop and get to see a lot of chains etc, but still worth getting this special piece from Trashlobster. 💛

I love Rebecca and Trash Lobster. She has the best chains! My first purchase was a beautiful UnoAerre Fancy link chain. As a jewelry newbie, I was nervous about buying online. I didn't need to be! It came beautifully packaged (smelled so good!) and better than described. Amazing price too! Since then, I've made so many awesome purchases, including my favorite vintage curb chain. My only trouble is restraining myself from buying more. Love her instagram too!
