Refund nightmare
I was unable to use the product, returned 5 unopened bottles with confirmed receipt on Jan 28th, 2026. To date after many calls and emails, I am told my case has been closed due to the time frame for requesting a refund expiring. With each contact, all items were confirmed returned and my refund would be within 30 days. Still no refund almost 4 months later. I cannot confirm the product itself, but the refund process is a nightmare!
