Manager as Mentor
Session was interactive with lots of inputs to the trainees. The sessions/case studies were customised and related to the product and industry we are working in.
Follow up online session post training was an excellent idea and thing to be done fore sure. We tend to forget things when not implemented/practised.

my mentee was facing issues w.r.t. the filing of F.I.R. against the Ex Employee since this is employee related issue thus my mentee was facing issue that it was not coming with in our ambit and handling portfolio of collection legal.
i listen his entire problem ; prepare action plan where to recover documents and how the draft can be made ; taken feed back and ensure accountability of the Case understand the situation to come out from th critical situation and the work is done by mentee timely.
