It was really good app

I used services of Trans Home Packers and Movers for moving services. I used their services from Gurgaon to Bangalore. I got best services with best rates. Staff is very polite and professional. I am the regular user of this kind of services and I am using Trans Home Packers and Movers services from last 5 years and never faced any problem.

1. They don’t have boxes with their own branding. Uses boxes with other company names. See attached
2. I was doing the shifting remotely, they asked for 1500 more fore video call while packing. Aggarwal packers had offered this for free, of course they were a bit more expensive
3. They never mentioned during the booking that the boxes and the furniture items will go separately.
4. They DO NOT have any logistics facility of their own. The boxes were booked as one courier with www delivery dot com and the furniture were booked as second docket with web1.spot on.co.in
5. The handing is extremely poor. 50% furniture broken or damaged beyond repair
6. I found items missing like - new tote bag, bath & body gift packs, iron.. there is a long list. They had taken 32 packed items from my home and told me for better space management they will adjust it to 29 boxes. It was silly of me to agree! They have stole items of two boxes. I was not there at the site - completely helpless
6. No support provided to claim insurance. They actually wanted to avoid the topic as they insurance was bought for fire or road accidents only. The insurance did not cover damage due to mishandling - another fraud. This is something that was pointed out by Bright Surveyor, appointed by ICICI Lombard that they will not be able to proceed as mishandling is not covered.

And beware of this chap - Manish Aggarwal. He is a sweet talker and lures clients. But from start to finish, the company has done fraud at every step - right from packing to transportation to delivery - fraud! fraud! Fraud!

I moved from hyderabad to Visakhapatnam in dec 2020. They charged me a lot, insurance and GST was never mentioned in the package. GST 18% and insurance is 3% of the whole amount estimated for goods. I agreed and paid the amount. To my surprise when the goods were delivered I could see the goods got damaged badly- My fridge has 4 dents, My washing machine was damaged badly, i received 2 broken chairs etc. I have informed the packers and movers person about this, but the person started ignoring me and never answered my calls. Never ever trust this trans home packers and movers. Worst people on earth you could imagine.

Even though I told the packers repeatedly they packed my pooja stuff with bathroom stuff.
They were throwing my stuff into boxes despite of me repeatedly warning them.i could keep an eye on all of them as there were 4 people and as soon as I looked away they would mishandle my stuff

These guys are the best for moving from Gurgaon to Mumbai. Super friendly and accommodating for the relocation service. They showed up on time and did a smooth job maneuvering large pieces of home goods through narrow and tight corners. The job done quickly and without any damage. Not transparent with the money. Highly unprofessional. Never trust them with your products or money

Worst service provider
Don't take their service. It's a fake company manage by few persons. You can see that same number (8750064500) is mentioned in all their locations across India. Its the number of Manish Kumar who says he is Branch Manager, Gurgaon and he himself came for the packing and drives the truck also.
The below is my worst experience with this company -
1- I have taken the packing and movement service from Gurgaon to Noida and Haldwani. Firstly they talk to you politely and accept all your requests and later they start talking rude and unprofessional.
2- They don't have the packing manpower with them. They get manpower from market with no packing experience and all the boxes are also of random FMCG companies and that too small boxes.
3- They have asked for token amount Rs1000 advance and balance at the time of delivery but once my stuff got moved to their warehouse they suddenly messaged me to pay complete amount in advance or your stuff will not be delivered. Initially, I refused and ask Manish to follow the document of LR copy where it is not mentioned to pay total amount in advance but
later I had to pay when he completely refused all requests and there is no other customer care number other then his number.
4- At the time of delivery only two unloading manpower arrived and driver was saying that they got instructions from Manish that leave the stuff at ground floor. We arranged more persons and pay them so that the stuff can be reached at second floor.
5- Also some stuff was missing which they don't even bother as they got the complete payment.
They are the worst service provider with unprofessional staff.
