Scintillate is a career transformation company founded by Shilpa Kulshrestha and Kapil Kulshreshtha, helping professionals who feel stuck, overlooked, or undervalued finally build careers they're proud of. We know the story because we lived it. After 40 combined years between them in corporate roles with likes of Cognizant, Microsoft, Deloitte, Tech M, Westpac, we were left with asking a question if this was the peak? If this is what we were meant to do. So we built a different path, and now we help others do the same. Our methodology is built on one principle: whatever you focus on becomes your reality. Shilpa is a 3x TEDx speaker, bestselling author of Play It Full, and a former member of the Forbes Coaches Council. Kapil leads the business alongside her, drawing on decades of senior leadership experience in the corporate world and the hard-won lessons of rebuilding a career from the ground up. Together they've spent years since 2018 coaching professionals who've built their careers to step into visibility, ownership, and momentum. Whether through our program, live events, or one-to-one coaching, our work is about the same thing: helping you stop playing small and start playing full.

Excellent experience and genuine support

We had a very positive experience with Shilpa and Kapil. They were professional, supportive and genuinely committed throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly, communication was good, and we felt comfortable asking questions whenever we needed help.

What stood out most was their personal attention and the effort they put into helping us achieve results rather than just following a standard approach. We really appreciate their guidance and would happily recommend them to others.

My 10x journey

I learned today what is wrong with my attitude at work and what I can change today itself.
It also made me realise that integrity is the key to success which I believe in but not now can be more confident and more persistent at it.
I loved Kapil and Shilpa as a combination of presenters or coaches, their energies are enviable. I would highly recommend this course to everyone who wants to change his or her life.

I met with the spark I had as a child

I loved Kapil's authenticity and Shilpa's simplicity. It brought the child within me back. It brought the spark within me back. And most importantly, It gave me hope and made me realise It is possible and that It is achievable with right support and hunger within me :)

What to expect with Shilpa and Kapil workshop

Wo.. two things came out very clearly
Energy
Integrity
When Shilpa talks, on few occasions, I could feel her words, voice, emotions, honesty passing through my whole being.. unbelievable, to see if you have lived you life with full integrity, how it feels.

Kapil- fear is scared to be around him.. so to be fearless, be energetic and crazy (high standards).

Thanks both of you.
Stay blessed
Ram
