I had such high hopes and was unfortunately so disappointed. I researched for a long time, wanting to add NBHWC certification to my Master's education. I chose ITN after much research. They were so friendly when I was signing up, but it was all about money. Once I paid I heard nothing from anyone, no onboarding, no welcome, nothing. I started one of the additional courses to dabble in.

I was set up on a payment plan, well I don't do autodraft. The day it was due (the 1st) I began receiving threatening emails to pay. They locked my account, threatened me with collections, and charged me $75 late fee by the 9th of the month! It felt really excessive and uncomfortable. This course was meant to be enjoyable and the threatening emails soured the experience. I would like to add that my bills were paid and current, it just took me the first week of the month to get all my personal bills paid. All of this drama was over a week grace period to complete a payment.

When I reached out to support to explain that I was 8 months pregnant, dealing with an autoimmune disorder and wanted to connect and resolve the issue and gain better understanding. I was told I was being "hostile" and "abusive" basically for asking questions. It was very much gaslighting and I honestly can't believe a company can operate this way.

I reached out again to resolve the misunderstanding and was responded with an accusatory nasty email, at which point I suggested cancelling and requested a refund. They wrote back another nasty email stating that I was "abusive" when all I asked was to be communicated with like a human being. When I tried to reach someone in the company to resolve the issues, it was unfortunately always the same woman with the rude emails. I was shocked at the way I was treated, but am honestly grateful to cancel now. They took $600 from me so far, but I can't imagine how awful it would have been to be $3k in and have her try to destroy my education then. I am not sure what triggered this person or why they treated me so unprofessionally. I'm appalled at the way they've behaved and I was grossly misled by their program. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau hoping to recoup the money they took.

I would strongly suggest staying away from this one, unless you want someone berating you, stealing your money and playing some weird social "cancellation" games. What a strange and unprofessional experience. I am now looking for another NBHWC program, but the unprofessionalism of this company has me researching a new school VERY carefully.

Edit: The school accused me of having threatening language and using profanity, that is NOT true. I explained that I was a surrogate, health issues and juggle 4 jobs, and wanted to understand their processes so I could pay them. They never responded to my sharing or acknowledged me as a person, it was only about money. When I sent an email asking why I would be charged $75 late fee and said that their constant threats about money, I said "the vibe is yuck". This is what they considered "profanity" and "abusive language" enough to take my money and class access. ITN is committed to victim mentality, zero accountability, cancel culture and gaslighting. And when I tried to communicate, they will just double down on their warped narrative. Again, never expected a school to act so poorly. I've been through many programs and what's funny is I'm an ordained minister, celibate, don't drink, so their accusations are quite rediculous. If they can do it to me, they'll do it to you. They don't see people, they see bank accounts with names attached.

One of the most comprehensive health and nutrition programs out there! I really enjoyed the way the material was laid out and easy to digest. The staff were very encouraging and helped me feel confident in my ability to coach!

ITN is a great program for anyone wanting to start a career as a health coach or learn more about health. I love that they include physical, mental, and spiritual health into their curriculum. They also provide materials and courses on creating your business and brand which was a huge reason I chose to do this course. The structure and organization of the program made it easy to complete and learn. Highly recommend !

Before ITN, I was looking for a coach to help me prep for a Hyrox race — and I ended up finding so much more. As someone with a history of disordered eating, the three-pillar approach completely shifted how I see nutrition. It's not just about food. I'm now building my own coaching practice, I have clients already waiting, and for the first time I feel truly equipped to help others in a way that goes deep. My experience studying at ITN has truly been amazing! One of the main reasons I chose this school was its philosophy of an integrated, whole-body approach to health and transformation. That idea deeply resonated with me because I’ve always believed that real change happens when we support all aspects of a person — body, psychology, and spirit. I was also very inspired by Cynthia’s personal story and transformation, which made the mission of the school feel authentic and meaningful.
The program itself exceeded my expectations. There was a huge amount of material that really expanded my knowledge, along with great labs and many additional resources that made the learning process engaging and practical.

Student support was always there. The lessons are insightful and cover more than just a singular aspect and are truly holistically oriented. The ability to become board certified is also a HUGE plus.

I'm already a NBC-HWC and PCC. This program put me over the top with nutrition science and education. I am more confident and am thrilled with this program.

My experience at ITN was incredible. The program was very informative, and each topic was explained clearly. I learned so much and would definitely recommend ITN to anyone interested in learning about nutrition. This course was packed full of information, bonus content and community support. The course content was easy to navigate and follow. I completed the course and graduated in under 5 months. I'm so excited to advance my career. The online support of staff was always available and very professional.

I signed up for another integrative nutrition coaching program before ITN and honestly, it was pretty disappointing. I learned a bunch of facts and figures about food, nutrition, and chakras but nothing about how to actually COACH a real person. Their business training was also outdated, which was disappointing. I would have had to pay for ANOTHER course just to be eligible for the NBHWC exam and that was my sign to look for something better and all inclusive.

That's when I found ITN.

ITN was a totally different experience from the jump. They actually teach you how to coach. Not “maybe if you piece this together you’ll figure it out someday” energy, but a full coaching system mapped out, done-for-you, ready to use with clients. I started using their framework while I was still in class and literally launched my business before I even graduated. I even started a community program in my town because I finally felt confident enough to DO something with what I was learning.

And the support? Unreal. Anytime I had a question, the team was right there. Lauren is amazing and I felt like they cared and knew what they were doing. I never felt like I was bothering anyone or left hanging trying to figure it out alone. Oh and the coaching labs we did live were so much fun and made me feel way more comfortable coaching someone.

If you’re comparing programs: just stop and do ITN. I can’t recommend it enough. It saved me money, gave me an actual path to certification, and I didn’t have to duct tape together a coaching business on my own. ITN made it simple. Period.

The program is so well structured and easy to follow, with a suggested timeline that’s spot-on. Everything is clearly laid out, and it’s flexible enough to fit into a busy life. The community is absolutely wonderful — incredibly supportive, warm, and welcoming. Even though I’m based in the UK, I never once felt disconnected. I absolutely LOVED my experience at ITN! The team were so helpful and I always got a speedy response anytime I reached out. The live coaching labs were great for making me feel confident working with clients. They did coaching demos, allowed us to practice with each other, and made us all feel ready. But the standout area of this program was their business training. I followed their blueprint step by step and then used their health coach in a box. Literally everything I needed was there. It took me a few months (my coaching buddy did it in half the time) because I have 2 young kids but it works! I got 3 clients after I launched my website and now I'm taking clients regularly to fill my time when my kids are at school. I'm so happy I chose ITN!

ITN does such a great job of blending structure with support. The curriculum is clear and approachable, and the live sessions add so much value. They really make everything feel more interactive and engaging. The support team is really responsive, which makes the whole experience even smoother.

Overall, it’s a well-rounded program that makes learning feel doable, rewarding, and supported every step of the way. Highly recommend!

These guys are only in it for the money. 10k for a program with literally NO student support (and good luck getting ahold of anyone if you're having a technical issue) and then $100/month just to access everything you've already paid for? Like others on here have said, stay away...

Honestly does not prepare you to be a health coach. So much missed information, over generalizations, and the business building is a joke. Save your money (as it’s expensive) and find a better program.
