A frustrating experience from start to finish.
I tried to cancel my order almost immediately, as I had used the wrong card to pay with, but there was no practical way to do so, and my emails weren’t responded to until after it had already been dispatched.

When the items arrived, the quality didn’t reflect the price at all. I returned the belt and was told I’d receive a full refund, but that hasn’t happened. The amount refunded was incorrect, took far longer than expected, and I’m still waiting for the full balance despite multiple follow-ups.

While I did receive replies, they did not translate into action. I’ve been left chasing something that should have been straightforward.

Overall, not a great experience and not a company I’d trust to deal with again.

Chalkless grips 10/10 will never wear any others now

Grips seem very good quality, only used them a couple times so far. Very grippy to the bar. And dont seem to have damaged at all in the early stages. The use of the magnets is a fantastic feature. My only issue is the sizing, after following the size guide they seem too small for me personally. And the bigger size would have been a better fit.

Best grips on the market to date. Whether that be chalk or chalk less ones, nothing else comes close. The magnet design, is a bonus that helps with transition times between exercises. The grips themselves are nice and thin which are comfortable around the hands and wrists but yet so strong and sturdy, and the grip is something else. What’s better than the grips themselves is the service and the team behind the brand. There customer service team are fast to respond to any enquiry or issue and it gets rectified very quickly. Away from the grips, VOLTs belts and knee sleeves are also top tier. Since using VOLT for there accessories I haven’t once considered trying out other brands and that’s not changing anytime soon.

Je recommande plus que fortement cette marque notamment le service après-vente. J’ai eu un problème de frais de douanes suite à une commande, la prise en charge de ma demande fut extrêmement rapide et tout est rentré dans l’ordre en moins de 24h.

I recently purchased some volt grips and one grip unfortunately tore after performing a bar muscle up. I emailed the volt support team and about this and they sent me a replacement straight away. These things unfortunately happen but I’m really happy with the resolution 😀. Thank you Volt

VOLT was recommended to me by someone at my box. It seems most of the members use the Grips, and I can certainly feel the difference when I forget to bring them to class. My poor hands suffer! Would highly recommend and have now bought some for a friend.

I started crossfit at the beginning of 2025 and honestly the tried 3/4 different sets of grips. Finally I came across vault and haven’t looked back. Lasts long, magnetic holder and comfortable. Nothing beats them

Bought 2 pairs of grips from here a few months ago- chalkless and a chalk set. Both came with magnetic wrist bands.
The chalkless of these are amazing! Not sticky and not too thick, and the wrist band isnt too thick either, like other brands. I will say, they started wearing away at the edges with normal usage, but after reaching out to Volt, I got such a reassuring reply and these are hands down better than others ive had! Im confident in continuing to use them with no detriment to their abilities.

The chalk ones im not a fan of at the moment, I cant seem to break them in, probably because I keep going to my chalkless ones as theyre so good!

I ordered and they were sent out super quickly, unfortunately I found one of the bands had a hole, I emailed and they sent out a replacement set. Couldn’t ask for more. Great job

Great products! I bought the knee sleeves and the lifting belt the knee sleeves fit perfectly and offer Probably the best support I’ve had in terms of knee sleeves, also very comfortable and easy to take on and off, the lifting belt is the perfect weight, size and mechanism and is really comfortable, very supportive And gave me so much confidence whilst lifting, it’s gonna be PB’s all year, super happy 😊

Great grips, comfy wristbands. Had an issue with the magnets in one set of my wristbands and customer service was absolutely great, sent a replacement straight away even though the order was a while ago.

Overseas shipping was very fast, purchasing the product was easy and the product itself is high quality.. great overall experience, can’t wait to start using my new gear.
