Nothing I tried from training my puppy has led to potty training. I'm at my wits end!

It was of no use, my dog is about to be 11 and I just wasted a lot of money thinking you were part of Cesar Milan’s organization.

They're very attentive to my needs (brand-new puppy), and they don't over-communicate (like with too many emails). The articles/lessons are good, and I love having access to trainers via the Elite Dog Club. Sometimes I find it difficult to read through all the info - even in spurts - but it's good to have a LOT of info to go back to.

I ordered the course and attempted to cancel it immediately. I notified the company via email. My credit card was charged and I never received any pet training information.

Great company...they came through with what they promised (and even more)...I just didn't have time to invests in this as much as I thought I would.

So many things are wrong with this company. It took multiple email addresses from my electronic device, charged me three times when I did not sign up.

The site obviously has some type of malware which steals information.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

The information is nicely put into categories so that I was able to address my most pressing issues while going over the rest of the information at another time. Having trainer calls available when I run out of ideas, or am using counterproductive techniques without knowing it, is extremely helpful for problems unique to my situation. I consider the program to be money well spent and I have very few discretionary funds available.

I can't get to my modules. It's been a week now and have sent in a ticket. I can't get to the modules from both my laptop and phone.

Training modules are good. Follow up is lacking. I received an email from your program asking me my biggest issues with my dog. I responded over a week ago. Got an email back saying thank you. You’ll be back with me shortly. I’m still waiting. Communication is not the best.i’ve emailed again & no response. Still having an unresolved problem & can’t seem to get anyone to answer my questions.

I'm exhausted trying to keep it together. Train pet has charged my credit card this is absolutely wrong. This is supposed to be a trial. I haven't been able to make phone calls for several weeks. Now being homeless has destroyed me my life and it all started April 21st the day. I woke up finding my dog Shadow had died in his sleep

your training guide is worthless for the husky breed. I am working on the third husky of my life. so I feel that I know a thing or two about huskies and husky training and husky personality. First off, your guide is inaccurate in stating that Huskies can be good family pets. these animals are highly intelligent, high energy, independent, thinking, work dogs that have no place in family life as a breed like labradors do. And take for instance your guide for potty training. Your guide instructs the reader to take the dog out for 20 minute potty breaks every four hours around the clock. Right. ruin your sleep every night and train the dog to poop at 3 AM every morning. Beautiful. The rest of the sections of the book start out with a dog that is already trained. A husky puppy is far and away in behavior where you start your training manual. in addition, your website is a scam and you know very well how you have the website set up with the free trials, etc. that only are automatically charged without permission. I had to call and threaten legal action to stop this thievery.

The only time I have called the trainer thus far everything she said worked.

I have been extremely happy with the information. I have received both on the training modules and from the phone call I received from the trainer. There is an awesome amount of information to be accessed. I am happy that I have the ability to review the information over and over as I need some reminders. I would highly recommend. Train Pet dog.

It made us realize alot of possibilities. She is a wonderful, just working at jumping on us and biting our fingers while jumping. it is a process.
